다음날 따뜻한 우유에 볼을 비비던 기철이는 우유배달 아저씨에게 도둑 누명을 쓰게 되고, 때마침 나타난 동료 신문 배달 아저씨가 우유값을 대신 내주지만 억울한 기철이는 범인을 잡으려고 애쓴다.

골목에 숨어 있던 기철이는 드디어 범인을 발견하는데...
