Canadian Weather (EmWeather)

Recently I can't get the radar to work. Otherwise I've been a longtime fan!

I am a weather nut and have used various apps which I was never quite 100% pleased with. This one I like very very much. Keeper.

Real local reports from Enviroment Canada stations... Not a computer model in Toronto. The best Canadian weather app hands down!

Great looking app, just needs a small update to fix the radar and the icon in the notification bar reads N/A

The weather icon never appear in notification bar, still always N/A. I change phone twice but the same thing. Nexus 4 , android 5.0.1

Environment Canada always had the most dependable forecast. Been using this app on all my devices for as long as I remember. I also kinda like that things have always stayed simple - no bloat in this app!

The 4x4 widget is a bit smaller than 3x3, but the space it monopolizes is 4x4. (Galaxy tab 10.1)

Only thing missing is ability to make bigger on main screen. I like being able to quickly switch between cities.

But not the widget. The app is easy to read but the widget is too hard to read. Small text and poor colour combinations.

Im sorry I leave nasty reviews when drinking my house almost got hit by twisters when warning went off. power was out and oops battery backup dead in weather radio **** my app update 10 min later when my town got back to normal of course didnt look normal didnt kno there was a warning until my buddy Tyson came never seen a 16 year old come through my door like that man ur app sucks told the forcast but when ur f1 50 ends up in someone else's driveway u start drinking ****

I love it, accurate to the hour (Toronto). However it resetted, lost the radar coloured map

The temp doesn't show up in status bar. Only the cloud or sun icon

only app that's dam near right on with temp here.....

I bough this when it switched over from free, and still love it. Other weather apps range from a bit off the mark to hilariously out to lunch when showing/predicting weather for my area.

Weather is picked up from Canadian government weather web site. The most ugliest widget in the whole mobile market. Installed over 1 year, still having trouble reading it. No improvements from 1 year ago. Force to unintall this ugly stupid app.

Simple and convenient. Happy to have paid for it while the paid version was still on offer.

Been using this app for years and still the best for information and accuracy. I love that it pulls from Environment Canada and the radar maps are handy (though they appear to be broken with Android 5.1.1)

Seems like it needs to be updated to stay compatible with environment canada.

I live in St Paul Alberta which is on the world map. No matter what I do, the closest it finds is Vegreville which is not close to me at all.

Hey Emilie, I love this app and want to keep using it... But the radar link is broken. Only shows an empty map. Can this be fixed? Thanks for a very helpful tool and link to my favourite source of weather info!

I can't find the hourly forecast.

Highly customizable widget, which is hard to find! I like the fact that the forecast is linked to Environment Canada.

Radar map quit working. Was great app when it worked proper.

Weather is dead on with Government of Canada weather web site. However the widget is shrink from the size (e.g. 4 x 2, but the widget leaves lot of spaces around it, not utilizing the space that it consumes). Display very small & not clear and worst of all, it can display only either high or low. It cannot show both. Still love it. Please enhance the widget guys.

I've used this for years, but radar maps stopped working. Back to a high rating if fixed. Also: I can see there is a special weather statement, but not what it is.

the case for the current temperature (now) remains empty and I can't know the weather. Please fix it My regards

This app has by far the best weather widget for environment canada. One star removed because it doesn't let you view weather alerts. It shows one is there, but you can't view it. Otherwise, the app is perfect.

Doesn't allow for local weather. Only preset locations. Too bad... nice interface.

Uses Environment Canada which is more accurate in BC. Note radar maps are no longer loading.
