Mobile access to over 30 years of Copeland compressor product information
The Copeland Mobile smartphone app provides on-the-go access to Emerson Climate Technologies Online Product Information (OPI) database for Copeland compressor specifications. This database includes both air conditioning and refrigeration products used in a variety of HVACR applications. Simply start by logging in with your current OPI username and password or register for new OPI account through the app. Next enter at least 5 characters in the compressor model nomenclature to activate an auto fill recommendation listing for model selection. Once a model and application are selected, choose from a variety of options within the home menu screen to search for information pertaining to that specific model. This app’s focus is to bring access of the OPI database directly to the HVACR service industry.

Never works, always crashes, they need to update the app. Great compressors but horrible software and apps. Pay attention to the review's and fix it. It seems like they can't make software or apps that work.

I Had used this app a number of times, now after updating software on phone, the app comes up with the blue loading screen, then turns to white.....and that's it. Shame I found app useful for information instead of calling wholesalers or searching online.

Newest version won't even download. Just sits and sits and says failed to download. Have to turn the phone off and back on to keep it from draining the battery because it can't download! Please fix!!

Why do you need a user name and password? All of my techs forget it and have to jump through hoops to reset. All to look up compressor info??????? Needs to be changed.

This app is officially useless now. Won't stay logged in, registering accounts fail every time. Fix the problems.

Would be better without having to log in all the time. Has too many login errors. Once you actually make it past the login problems the data in the app is extremely useful.
