When im logged in its great but does not keep me logged in and lately showing incidents but no map will not work button there but dose not do anything when I press it . will re rate if they ever get it fixed dont get alerts like demo shows either please fix it .Cause the demo is awesome if it worked like that.

It works well when you log on. It is frustrating to be logged off. Until this is fixed it is more frustrating than useful. You don't get updated calls notifications when you are kicked off. Please fix.

When you are logged in it works great. Problems: will not keep you logged in. Doesn't hold connection between wifi and 4g. When logged in and on the home page, if you hit the phones back button you get logged out also. Have to log in over and over all day long. Change the programming and have a log out button added as the only way for the app to log you out other than shutting down the phone.

You have to log in every time and goes straight to demo. Won't pull up any of my ERS info on calls. Was hoping for a quick way to get info as the call was going on without logging onto ERS on main site. Guess not. DISLIKE

I load the app and put in my Er user credentials. I can see all calls coming in to my department and I can see dispatcher notes about the call and the Google maps interface shows me where I'm going .... How could this get any better.....

I can log in. But looks like there is a error on the page and I'm not getting the call info. Would be great if it worked Cant wait tell the bugs are fixed

Does not appear to work for Android at least not on mine. Once it starts working would be happy to rate it higher. Will be a very useful app once working and tweeked.

Have seen this working on some of the guys around the station phones, but does not work on most. Hopefully ERS keeps working on it, cause it really would be usefully.

This app does just what it says. Great for Emergency Reporting customers to monitor the status of apparatus on a call.

Neat and interesting to have computer aided dispatch data at your fingertips! The data comes very fast too!

Not bad. But would much rather be able to see daily schedules and calanders. Plus it only shows cad report not the updated run report
