CIB Smart Wallet for Android
I received my activation code and nothing work... cannot load the wallet it always gives service unavailable ... CIB payment don't accept the national ID and gives error ... costumer service number 19716 is always busy .... moreover my Internet banking through the website stopped for no reason.... I called 19666 they told me they do something with the data base .... totally unacceptable and unexpected from CIB
CIB customer service told me that, I can use Smart Wallet for 2 CIB cards... 1-salary cards. 2-the Golden card... But I don't know where to put the cards no. .. "the app is already activated" ...
The app was fine but suddenly it stopped working with me and my friends as well. Please let us know if it will be back or no.
I tried more than 3 times to recharge my sim card but in everytime nothing happens and its like kinda error or something but it doesnt really work properly
The worst call center ever ,called them three times half an hour each call and no one answered,am thinking about closing my account in the bank and look for a real bank
The exact definition of that application is: you don't have a single pound in your pocket but you do have 1000 pound in that wallet, ooh sorry you can't use them because we are the worst bank having the most stupid wallet created by the most ignorant IT!!!!!
Very good application. But, where is elkanal elecricity company. It is only the unsupported electricity company in fawry,whyyyyyy?!
Development Team, I wonder why you take such long time to fix or release new updates, guys your app is useful so keep working on it, now, is it possible to add automatic payment process for pre.selected operations, why I have to write my mobile number each time to recharge or pay a small monthly bill, some more logic
I have not received any activation codes.. and then i came here to find that it is a common problem of this app. And then i followed your instructions trying to contact socialmedia.support but the only help that i received is an automated message telling me that the person is out of office and won't return until mid September. Thanks !!
هل توجد امكانيه لنقل log الي تليفون اخر او نقله الي مكان اخر لحين عمل format للتليفون وتعادته مره اخري في برنامج smart wallet وكيفيه عمل ذلك حاولت مكالمه خدمه العملاء 19716 وفضلت علي الانتظار لاكثر من نصف ساعه وشكرا
All is good except that each time I select number from my contact get this error that the selected contact doesn't have a valid phone number and have to write the number manually

Definetly the worst experience ever , downloaded the app - went to the bank - waiting for the activation code for 2 days now and havent received it .. the call center barely exists cuz of the forever holdin time.

I reset my phone . When I try to enter to program its need activation code. Old one is not acceptable. Whene I try to call customer service I wait 30 min with no answer :-(
Why cib called himself bank we trust when we can not do that. activation code after long waiting 'one week 'did not come I think rename cib to be incomplete commercial bank "cib"
I have formated my mobile and tried to install, but after entering code, a message saying " the terminal already activated" appears and no other way to log in!!!
No passcode was send what so ever , the whole experience not as expected go to other banks
Errors are given when trying to use TEgypt: (error code: 524290 "Bill not available for payment") and South Cairo Electricity Company: (error code:524290 "EBPP switch timeout") and Traffic Fines: ( error code:524290 "Billing Account Number Structure Error"), I called your Call Center on 19716 and they asked me to clear cache and uninstall/reinstall the app with a new activation code but all of that didn't fix my issue
Can be better if you implement fingerprint authentication for supported devices instead of PIN code also it would be very useful if you migrate both CIB smart wallet and CIB mobile banking in one application

Great app and handy as well. I don't have to wait for hours to pay my bills. It had been a year now and I'm very thankful for this great app.
Wallet is not working . I reinstalled And now can't even get an activation code.
No activation code sent and no one answers on their hotline What a waste of time!!
When I updated my software and restored to factory settings the activation code don't seem to be working .. do I need to go back to the bank for new activation code ??!

Tried registering several times and never received a verification SMS. Unable to access the application, so in a nutshell it's useless.

التطبيق كان شغال عادي شيلتو ونزلتو مش شغال بنفس الكود ولا بيرسل كود جديد ورقم خدمة العملاء مش بيرد حتي 21 دقيقة علي الانتظار... اية الحل

After the last update I lost my log history. Also I lost previously my log when I updated my phone software. I suggest that the log data is confidential and need to be as per account and can't be viewed unless entering the pin code.

It's been like 4 hours and i haven't receive any activation sms or whatsoever.. so i called '19716' and ur line was busy 'i didn't even reach the IVR..' then after few attempts i was transferred to the agents queue and guess what, all the agents are busy and it's been over 10 minutes and no answer.. it's like the worst service i ever paid for..

It has been more than a day and I have not received my activation code yet!! I have tried it more than 3 times already, still no answer! If you are gonna offer e-banking service, make sure it is working in the first place! As long as this app exists, I shouldn't be obliged to drive the car everytime I have an inquiry. Please FIX this glitch!
