Please undo or fix the last update as it is very slow now! Android OS is always asking me now if I want to end the app process as it appears to be not responding.
Constantly freezes. Requires reauthorization continually. Takes very long to load anything.
Since last update app is practically unusable on my GS5 because it's so slow.
Has you enter pin code and fob regularly. Have to go in and out of SR notes to get info rather than laying out all at once or giving the option to.
Crashes after creating pin. Tried reinstall, no luck.
Much easier than logging into the website to view SRS.
Was working fine until andriod was upgraded to 6.0 marshmallow. Please fix it.
Latest version is not accepting my RSA token like some others said. Previous version worked okay!

Why can't we add notes?
Hasn't refreshed since the most recent "update"on service center. Not really surprised, but still disappointing.
The app is handy but the SRs don't update in my case. The new SR I opened isn't reflected here even after a week. The UI could also use an overhaul.
I have been using this app for a while. Uninstalled and installed several times already. The app is still unable to refresh the SR cases.
Need an update, it works sometimes, most of times it dnt wrk at all....!!!
Need to be able to select multiple sites and their associated SRs; definitely needs to include dial homes. If the web support search options can be replicated here it'd be a great app. Until then, 3 stars.
Give us option to log a ticket and filters tickets based on status, box aswell. Also allow us to see more tickets. I can see on 4-5 last tickets.

I've only been using this for a few hours now, but its wonderful. Its faster and easier to use than the website. The ability to open, close, add notes, check status and view all SRs assigned by me or to my site IDs is fabulous. I see a few other reviews from older versions complaining about the lack of these features, so it really looks like EMC stepped up and listened to their customers. This makes managing my SRs much easier as I don't need to be in front of a PC to get the info and talk with a CE.
Adding notes and close Sr is what I was waiting for :)

Think the concept is great but don't really think it has enough features. Would like to be able to log tickets this way for a start
Fix please, after logging, it asked for pin then never passes...
Major bug: It keeps forgetting the pin that was set and forces me to go back to password authentication. This lasts for a couple of sessions and then it forgets again.
The App is great but one major feature is missing. You can only see your incidents on it should you wish to fine not yours you have to search by SR number..... providing you have the number on you. Why cant you see all the incidents from your site? It would be nice to have that functionality in the next version. (only 4 stars because of that.....)
But a lot better when we can add notes for adroid...

Can add notes from IOS but not android.

Works as expected.
It opens on any network and i don't have to go back to office and check if I've updated the case notes after the upgrade. More options is welcome.

Wish it had extensibility for partners.
It works fine as expected but we need more features like adding notes, see the attached files and linked articles

There should be an option to filter the MySR's screen to just open SRs. In the web version you can filter with one click. Obviously with the current features the app is targeted at customers but with a few tweaks it would be useful for employees also.
