It's a dictionary. It cannot give our guess the most appropriate translation of a Chinese character ask the time. Combinations of characters are always week translated. But that problem all dictionaries have. Great feature is that you can draw a Chinese character without time restrictions ignoring the stroke order. Brilliant.

I've been using this app for a while now so it's great but you should add more sample sentences. Also, there's an error with it displaying the stroke order --it's too fast and it just looks like the character is blinking every time you tap on it. I don't want to switch to other apps (there is another that's similar), so I hope you can fix these little things.

i have been learning chinese for more than two year,it helped me from begging,so i am very thankful to hanping,but i faced some problems when i reinstall this app,i lost my all history,so could you help me how can i recover all search history and you should add login via E-mail, Facebook, qq,wechat. thanks haping ..

awesome app. i also suggest adding what type of words they are, like a verb or a noun or an adjective, ect.

Too basic, no sample sentence translations, so not much use for a learner.

This is a wonderful and very helpful app! Just a request, can you please enable copying the PinYin and not just the characters? I think this will also be helpful for beginners who are studying from English using PinYin. I personally use it when I'm writing notes for my studies. Will appreciate it. Thanks!

The older version is much better than this new version my mobile gets to the home page whenever I was trying to type some word please fix this

I updated this and the stroke animations aren't available anymore! Usually I type a word and click it, the stroke is there to play. I'm really dissappointed as I downloaded this for the reason of the stroke animations.
