전라북도점자도서관은 전라북도 내 시각장애인의 폭 넓은 독서문화생활과 정보접근성 향상을 위하여 시각장애인을 위한 다양한 정보자료 제공 및 확보와 보급을 위해 시각장애인의 눈높이에 알맞은 서비스 제공을 위해 앞장서기위해 ‘빛들점자도서관’ 활성화를 통해 시각장애인들의 독서문화 진흥과 문화생활 함양, 시각장애인에 대한 인식개선을 위해서도 노력하겠습니다.
