Not really for the casual user...can be very difficult to set up and keep running for the novice. I have had the desktop version for many years and have to ask the developer for help regularly. ....must say he has always helped me in anyway needed to keep WD up and running.

Pro version. Had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times before working..but only for one try. If I shut off tablet, have to uninstall and reinstall to get prog to work again. Tablets are both NEON capable. Needs troubleshooting before ready for prime time. Uninstalled, need something more reliable.

I've been using WD and WDL for quite a few years now and those are really great programs. and had high hopes for this as well. However after many crashes, data loading to about 50 or 60% a either throwing up an error message or better yet just closing on its own, I'm having a hard time even liking this app, let alone recommending it. You can do better Brian I've seen and used it. Please fix this asap. And yes for the record I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app four times now.

12/07/2014 Says its installed however did not install on my phone ... ?? any issues I need to know about?. 30/08/2014 I have had no contact until today, when I get my bill. . Will try and install. 30/08/2014 It installed this time ... very ropey data downloads . Removed from phone ... does not appear to be compatible. Either that or I buy a better phone :-)

Crashes after splash screen. May be due to running Lollipop. LG G3 Android 5.0.1

Uninstalled and re installed twice to see if it was due to a bad installation but crashed every time I tried to start it.

stopped working when Verizon upgraded my phone to Lollypop

Great app, perfect addition to weather display, works great on my Nexus 7, and Samsung Note 3 mobile.

This app is excellent in concept and is exactly what we need to monitor our wx station. However, it never works. It rarely even opens completely. About half way through load it crashes. I waited quite a while before posting this feedback because I really wanted to support this. But I can't. The fee should be removed until the app is fixed since it is completely unusable. Contacted author of the app and sent in specs and description of problem. He said he can't duplicate the problem. I say "look at feedback"

Just like the $70.00 version. DOESN'T WORK!!! Brian, I've written to you several times. This one opens shows the wrong data then closes. I don't have to touch it. It does this all by itself. Don't waste your time. It simply won't work.

The application works as described, but is extremely slow (almost unusable) even though I have one of the most powerful phones out there right now.

I had been running WD 10.37 B76 and this app "more data" would generate a black screen. Thought I'd update WD and try and that fixed it. (Note: first time only, now not working again) Note: Found that manually updating client raw on Setup causes the "more data" to refresh.

This latest version is working very good so far.

Slow and funny gui

I love having my weather data on my phone now that flash player has gone. But this app is very slow to load, I have to click the refresh button by my webpage link everytime I load the app to get it working and seem to jump between tabs randomly. Also would love love to see a notication bar icon with details. Keep the updates coming.

Stick with Weather Personal Widget. It has flaws but at least it respects Android. On the plus side it's better than the port to iOS which is completely unusable. This is only the second time I've asked for a refund on an app.

If you can get the app setup properly. Then it will function properly maybe. But that can be a challenge.

So far I used weather display live on my website and accessed this with my smart phone to get regular updates from my weather station. In addition, I got regular emails (extremely useful as back-up in case of system crash. Brian suggested to try iWDPro. It took me a while to get it up and running on my HTC one (a detailed manual might be an option for the future). Once it is working, it is just perfect. Updated weather information, lots of graphs, options to change the units as well as to change the look and feel of the app. Just perfect! Using weather display? Just add this to your wish list, or even better, install it right away!

Not a good app. Chances are it may not run properly for you. Do not waste the money.
