Cutter - Cutting Optimizer

Cutter is a tool designed for the professional field, from small to large companies.

Aimed mainly at metalworking (aluminum, PVC ...), with this software you can optimize the cutting list of material by adjusting to the maximum the use of the bars (linear cut).

It uses an intelligent algorithm that will perform for you the tasks of optimizing, organizing and distributing the different measures in the best possible way.

Always enter the total measurement of each piece (outdoor to outdoor).

You can configure:
[*] Measurement system: Metric, Imperial fractional and Imperial decimal.
[*] Total length of the bar (without bumpers, as you receive it from the factory).
[*] Side strips of disposable or damaged material.
[*] Disc width, pre-set to 4mm (to more degrees, increase this value as necessary).
[*] Number of discs: Machinery with 1 or 2 heads.
[*] List of available chunks to take advantage of.

Saves measurement lists with custom names.
Recovers lists directly from the menu.

Use your own retales to include in the optimization, useful to take advantage of pieces that you have available.

The initial configuration will be stored automatically and it will not be necessary to re-enter the data again.
At any time you can reset the values ​​from the Menu -> Reset.

You can at any time delete any measurement using a long press.
You can remove the list of measurements from a button.
You can undo accidental erasures.

The optimization of cut will be shown grouped in number of bars whose cuts are identical, being able to mark each element of the list (using long pulsation) to control at any moment what material has been cut.

A graphical element will be shown simulating the scaled bar with the cut used and the spare recess.

At the top will be the number of total bars required and the number of total pieces, useful if we need to know in advance how many bars we need to make the factory order or any other cause.

In case of an error, you will be notified to review the list of measures.
