Mando a Distancia - Tethering

Utilidad realizada en Delphi (Embarcadero) para probar el uso tethering con delphi XE7.
Es un mando a distancioa que funciona a través de tethering (bluetooth y wifi) sobre una aplicación funcionando en windows y con la que se comunica.


Tiene que ir acompañada de la utilidad para PC (windows) correspondiente.
