EMA Award Application จัดทำขึ้นโดยการไฟฟ้านครหลวงร่วมกับสมาคมพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นการนำเสนอความรู้ทางด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้เข้าถึงการติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของโครงการได้สะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้นโดยมุ่งเน้นการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายฝึกอบรมต่างๆให้กับกลุ่มโรงเรียน ครู,นักเรียน ซึ่งจะมีการจัดประกวดแข่งขันส่งแผนงาน/โครงการด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นประจำทุกปี เพื่อเป็นการสร้างแรงจูงใจและกระตุ้นให้แต่ละโรงเรียนพัฒนาไปสู่เป้าหมายทางด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมต่อไป
