ScreenConnect Samsung Legacy

Used to work great but now after entering host I just get a white screen and nothing else. Tried everything... lease fix as it was amazing, now is just broken

Doesn't work at all. I log in to my screenconnect account just fine but when it takes me to view the VM, it's just a blank black screen.

This app is rubbish what the hell how are you ment to use it if you tell I will give 5 stars at the moment I will use bomgar

This app worked great until Lollipop came along. Just a black screen now. Please update app for Lollipop. How many bug reports do you developers need? It's been months. Please fix the app already.

Can't remote, screen is just black... ...seeing as now all my devices use lollipop now, this is useless. How about a discount on the renewal of my unlimited server license for the lack of support?

The application no longer works after updating to Lollipop 5.0.1 on Note 4. Error: com.elsitech.screenconnect.SerializationReflectException: java.lang.IllegalAccessException: Cannot access field: int java.lang.Object.shadow$_monitor_

After I updated my company phones to lolipop I can't remote into them anymore.. hoping for a quick fix

My Business relies on screen connect. People have been complaining about Screen connect for LOLIPOP since 5/14, and still no response from Elsinore! So disappointed. I would have hoped for at least a Comment.

Screenconnect rivals LogMeIn. The biggest advantage is its faster, you actually own the software and it allows many more features which LogMeIn "Free" simply does not offer.

Been a logmein user for 9 years had Rescue, central and webex. Costs were getting out of hand, after the recent 200% logmein price increase decided to look around and am i glad i did. ScreenConnect is amazing. It took me 2min to install, 5 min to configure and customize. I love the fact that i didnt have to touch iis. I love its simplicity you guys have done a great job...

App doesn't contain x86 binaries, so it doesn't work on Intel Atom-powered tablets like the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Screenconnect claims they are going to release an updated version of the app that includes binaries for both x86 and arm, but they don't seem too dedicated to it. Disappointing since the app and their website implies support for all Samsung Android devices, and the x86-powered Tab 3 has been out for over a year now.

It is not working on Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition. Will give more stars once it works. Great on computer. :)

I Can handle it beacouse it is simple to use

speed of this app is lagging pretty far behind your competitors. splashtop has you beat by leaps and bounds in speed. but your software has a nice feature set. until the speed improves, this software is frustrating to use from any device for anything more than very basic tasks due to the very slow response time, and clunky mouse.
