ScreenConnect Legacy

ConnectWise developers have unfortunately broken this app. The search function for 'All Machines' is absolutely dreadful. This is rather disappointing since they finally fixed their standard mobile app. Running a search for a machine on a less than stellar Internet connection (whole point of a mobile app) absolutely degrades app performance. ConnectWise developers need to think long and hard about multi-threading... This is a consistent issue across their entirely product stack. It begs me to question the competency of their development staff or the management of them.

Great desktop solution, but lately the Android version keeps stalling when searching for a computer to connect to on my Galaxy s5. When it finally connects it's great!

ScreenConnect is the best remote support software I have ever used. The Android app is perfect. However, after switching to ART runtime, I have not been able to get sessions to connect. :( Not a big deal at the moment, hopefully ART support will be added soon.

I have used log me in, team viewer etc. This is by far the best. Installed on a centos vm in 2 minutes and after a few hours testing I'm now using it for customer support, planning on rolling the msi out on our network to replace our current vnc system.

Your 4.4 or higher statement is completely false. Please get it working and I'll change my rating. It's been several months and I can't support my clients. I have to RDP to a server then ScreenConnect from there. Please, please fix. I bought this with the fact it were Mobile supported but as soon as the first update comes it, it's been months of not working.

Needs to be updated to work with Android 5.1+. Please fix, as I use it daily. Tested on Nexus 6.

Connected up to my labtech screenconnect and was able to control my agents. BOOM! Now they need to get labtech integrated with it

An older version used to work for me. Since updating it doesn't work any more. Connecting to any client just gives me a black screen. Also did the same on my old ROM and previous (currently on lollipop, previously kitkat). Also does the same on my S4.

Hangs up on launch, Samsung version loads up but with black screen.

Needs two things.. allow resolution changing from the client.. pan with the mouse

Could be my most used app, but it's missing some essential features: 1) Ability to store credentials 2) Protect app via android lock 3) Better use of the screen (ability to force screen landscape) 4) It appears that it just displays the web page in an "app", would be no problem with that but the above needs to be sorted. Also the web page then needs to be revisited by someone who has great innovative ideas on how to better present it. But hey it works and at least it's responsive. Otherwise it is ok

After update today, the screen on my phone Is just black, and the client computer back ground just flickers every couple seconds. Totally unusable after update!

I love that I own a license rather than pay monthly/yearly for it. The app is great! I have users that call me while I'm out occasionally so I put them on speaker, remotely login and have them show me what's going on while I watch. I can take control but I usually just walk them through it on speaker it's easier and convient!

Don't work with Lollipop

It uses the same interface on mobile devices as it does on desktop browsers. Which makes navigating unattended clients pretty kludgey on a smartphone. But the app works and is as reliable and fast as it is on the desktop.

Tested with a few handsets running 4.x and 5.x versions of Android. Screenconnect hasn't worked with any of them.

Not working.. seems scam

New update breaks everything good about this app. Can't connect to a single host..just a blank black screen.

Way cheaper then Teamviewer and works great.

Broken on 5.0 on a nexus 5

Works great on Android 4.X but will not launch computers on Android Lollipop. Please fix this ASAP!

Worked great until I upgraded to lollipop. May want to wait for fix before you upgrade if mission critical.

A great option when you;re not able to get to a computer. Very glad we made the move to screenconnect.

Love the software but doesn't load on my Note2 under Jelly bean.

Works well although a bit slower than rdp even at 100mb on each end and the gateway.

This is the best remote support software available. Forget logmein this stuff just works and the developers are very responsive to user input.

I love screen connect and now from my phone I can help clients without booting up my laptop, awesome!

If you need to access machines remotely, this is worth a look. Has saved me more in travel costs than it costs.

Had found Screen Connect back when the had version 1.6 (I believe), and it didn't have the features I needed. Then they release 1.9 and it had Unattended Client support and I was sold. Love It.

Great remote support app, and there is no additional charge.

As the previous customer mentioned, its the best. Works with linux, mac, and windows. The devs are awesome about responding to issues.

Works good

Right after installing it, someone took control of my phone and started opening my contacts and the app where I keep my passwords and credit cards. All while I was watching. The hack stopped as soon as the hacker saw me ckise the passwords app. I immediately uninstalled this app.

Been using screen connect for awhile, and the android app since it came out. It's been awesome. However it is not compatible with lollipop. Will be 5 stars when this is fixed
