Solved problem with internet radio apps that stopped when phone went to sleep mode. Please make widget :-)

Pointless. You can set this yourself in WiFi advanced settings. Why waste space?

Works perfect on LG Optimus and appears to have no adverse effect on battery life.

Didn't do what it said, uninstalled then couldn't connect to wifi at all. 2.1 Samsung intercept (I know that 2.1 has wifi lock, doesn't work either)

Works on samsung spica. Prevents 'leakage' of 3g bytes when phone is idling in wifi mode.

Dont get if you have Android Optimus

Fails for voIP over wifi. Optional icon in status bar would be convenient.

Don't know how well it work yet, but it needs an indicator that it is running.

Works great on Samsung Moment & solved my internet radio prolems. Widget needs to change color/appearance to show whether wifi is default/always on.

On Nook, wifi stays on but will disconnect on idle, and WiFi Lock doesn't change that. Advanced Wifi Lock (free) keeps it connected for me.

Only WiFi lock I could get working on HTC Hero Fresh 2. 3. 3

Does not work on HTC Desire & needs a widget.

Does what it says it does, but I'm looking for a app that can make WiFi turn off when the screen goes off. Lowest WiFi sleep policy on Evo is 15 mins

Don't use with Nook Color it will stop your Nook from deep sleeping. Went from not needing a charge for days to dead in hours. Running latest Miui

You can toggle to be connected to wifi even if screen goes off. Would be 5 stars if widget was include. Good app nonetheless. Xperia arc

Does exactly what is advertised, is free, and in my opinion, is the best app for this job...five stars! I'm using a Droid2 for the record.

Does what it says, i prefer this to all the others, nice elegant message when turning the wifi on and off. No ugly UI to look at ;)

Works fine on nexus one. Wish it would cycle all 3 modes, I prefer to keep wifi enabled when phone plugged into power.

Had to do a hard reset on my Moment and noticed wifi was turned off when phone was idle. Im a noob when it comes to cell phones so i downloaded this.

Would keep installed if it was a widget. Will stick with changing option manually in advanced settings.

Great app. Keeps my connection alive unless I have 3G on. If 3G is on, it still disconnects and favors the 3G connection. Consider adding a toggle to shut off 3G when WiFi is enabled by your app. This should be okay since if you are using WiFi, you shouldn't need 3G.

I know i dont need it anymore, but i'll keep it. It is a great shortcut and it was super when there was no better.

It is very difficult to see of this is on or off. App doesn't open, change color, or give you a notification. There is a tiny brief pop up that is hard to read and quickly disappears. Very poor UI design.
