The only and major problem with this app is that what nicholas too said that the money is deducted even if the transaction was unsuccessful.

You have to login twice. If you M-PESA to an invalid number, e.g. a 9 digit number, it will tell you wrong number, and still deduct money from your account. You have to call customer support to get them to put the money back. There is also no way of topping-up prepaid cards, you have to contact support to get them to do it for you, and the support that does that stops support at 5pm, if it's after 5pm & is urgent too bad. Lastly, the UI does not look as good as some other banks apps.

It has never failed me.

The user experience in this app is very lacking. Have a look at other main android apps and you will notice this app first lacks familiarity. The type of clickables and steps in this app are not very obvious to the user. Asking a user to login twice creates an impression that the user is doing it wrong and increases the chances of providing a wrong pin. It's time I&M invested in to User Experience studies and research in order to provide is with an excellent product.

Can the IT department see how windows phones can install the app? It is unfair!

The best app ever. I literally carry my bank everywhere I go. I have my mobile banking, business club, safeguard, bancassurance and information on my bank.

The app keeps crashing even when it's not on foreground. Sometimes it does not connect even when the Internet connection is excellent

Too slow and unresponsive, lags a lot. And the user interface is awful.

Would have rated it highly. But unfortunately it isn't working at the moment keeps on telling me no Internet connection. Tried it over wifi and still same problem.

Keeps hanging after updating. Refuses to respond and its Frastrating when u are trying some urgent stuff. Original was perfect on this front
