Bed Time Fan White Noise Sound

I hadn't slept in 32 hours due to insomnia. Sleeping pills and teas couldn't mute my overactive brain to help me sleep. Decided to try this fan app and I was skeptical of the app's claim that'll it'll get me to sleep in 20 minutes. Well it almost instantly muted my brain, and after 10 minutes, I was asleep!

Great fan noise. It sounds like a real fan if you have a half decent external speaker. It even sounds pretty good on my phone or tablet speaker but I suppose that completely depends on your device. Puts me to sleep every time.

This works great. I used an actual fan until it died. Now, I don't need the fan. It uses about 30% of my Samsung Galaxy S4 battery over about 7 hours.

I absolutely adore this portable app. I don't need to take my bedside portable fan with me any longer on trips with me if I need to spend the night anywhere as I now have this great app in my phone. As soon as I turn it on & & plug my ear buds in, I'm asleep in seconds! I highly recommend it for those who have sleep issues

I have to have a fan to sleep. The white noise because I can't sleep if it is quite. Long story short, I forgot my fan on vacation which made me mad at myself. I started searching and found this app. It works great. Gave me the white noise I needed plus it has different settings. Love it!!!

I always sleep with a fan on. I need the noise and I get really warm every night, even in sub zero temps. I was up north for a week without a fan so I got this app and I sleep like a baby with it. Absolutely love it. Now just to worry about the air flow lol

I went on vacation to Denver with my family and we always sleep with our fans on back home. Unfortunately, we didn't have one and didn't really need one since it was freezing all week. Without the sound of the fan, we all had trouble sleeping. This fan changed everything! Thanks to whoever created this app.

Nice app thankful to have found it. I cant sleep without a fan and this does a nice job of mimicking one. Ive had no problem with adds popping up which i almost didnt download because i saw some compliants about adds. Thanks for this great app!!

I have preferred to sleep with a fan on as long as I can remember. This app does the trick and I can't tell the difference. It sounds like a real fan. Set the timer and sleep or leave it on in the day to mask household conversation and noises. No app access permissions is a big plus.

Sounds very close to a real fan. It's very helpful for those who want to use it as a sleep aid. It has three speed settings, and it is easy to use. The sound level can be adjusted by using the regular volume control button. The app runs in the background and doesn't take up too much power. You can use other apps while this one is in use. So no worries about slowing down the system. That's what makes this my favorite sleep sound app.

I had issues with other apps sounding fake or "off". This app is very realistic just like my floor fan. I pet sit in people's home and this app keeps me from having to lug around a fan to every job I have. Now I just need to figure out how to make it cool off the room too ;-)

I love this app! Works like a charm in helping me fall asleep! Especially in the winter when it's too cold to have a fan on. Alright this app is NOT a battery killer, just like any other app would-- your battery will get drained after an app has been running for 8-10 hours-- so use some common sense. Otherwise, I love it!!!! Use it with my wireless Bluetooth speaker all of the time!!!

This app has literally saved my sleep. I've slept with a fan on since childhood and am currently on a trip overseas. Didn't have room for a fan and this is so much easier anyway. I have slept well nearly every night for the past 4 weeks and owe a lot of thanks to the creators of this app. You have no idea how helpful it's been for me. I don't have to worry about sleeping...

Great fan noise reproduction. The medium and high are unrealistically intense, though. Wish there was lower, slower softer settings because the low setting is really like the high setting on a regular fan. However, this app has been super helpful in hotels and other places away from home.

It's an app....it's not going to be perfect. But it worked for us out of town after leaving our usual noise makers at home. It has a good hum and sounds like any number of real fans. The Lo, Mid, and High options for the fan are great!

Wow it's loud. Love it. Cuz of my mom when I was younger I cannot sleep without a fan. Ugh. This is AMAZING...love it. Sounds like my real dad. Doesn't blow air. Just sounds exactly like my big fan. Love the three speeds. Each one has slightly different noise. App works great! No issues thus far. Timer is nice feature. I sleep deep with app running. Let's me turn off my real fan when it's too cold!

There are adds now. Which is usually just aggravating. But tonight, really this morning because I've woken up several times already, I try to use this app to help me get the rest I need. And as soon as I do I am greated by a somewhat realistic video of soldiers in combat. WTF people?!!! Why do you think I need your stupid app in the first place? I'd pay for the adds to go away but now you've just pissed me off. And ruined my day.

I have slept with a fan sense i was a kid. If i try to go to sleep without one i just cant stay asleep. I have been staying at a friends that does not have a fan, could not get a good nights sleep for a few days till i used this app.

There is a clear break in the fan noise that my brain picks up on every minute or so... Annoying.... Cant sleep when my brain is subconsciously waiting for when that end of the fan loop comes... Love app, but this makes me uninstall it.

Without a doubt, the best sleep assistant app out there. You can almost feel the wind coming out. Try it, you'll be hooked. One thing I would like to add is, this is supposed to be a white noise assist to help sleep. I would like to suggest the screen background to be dark so it does not brighten the room so much. I do turn the screen off but it comes back on. Thanks.

I love this because it's the only one I can find that continues to produce sound while I do other things on my phone. This is great at nap time. I have a newborn and a 2 year old and my husband found this app during a hotel stay and they both slept great. I have never rated an app before but I had to say I love this.

My previous sound machine app started doing very frequent looping cutouts, like every ten seconds. It drove me crazy. I found this app and I love it! It's the best one I've tried. I don't need birds chirping or thunder rumbling; I need steady white noise, and this one is perfect for me.

We are on an international trip and the noise machine on which my husband depends is not working. I tried two different apps. This one is so simple but completely effective. Great for people who need a steady drone, not nature noises. I was concerned it wouldn't be loud enough even at full phone volume. But we have both slept well for five nights so far. The trip is saved!

I am in a hotel room with 3 others, so listening to it with Bedphones. I can hear every time the loop restarts. Fortunately, once I fall asleep, I stay asleep because of this fan app. I love that it works in airplane mode so I'm not using data while visiting another country!

Simple and great. Ads are appropriately minimal and cause no inconvenience. Reliably goes all night, only stops by itself when it's not plugged into a charger, which is a practical battery-saving thought. Noise is good at all levels, the natural fan-like thrumming isn't annoying at all. Love it!

I absolutely LOVE this app! I tried several before I found this one and this one is defintely a keeper. Just what I wanted /needed, a simple white noise that doesn't skip a beat. I set the timer to go off when I want it to. It also has low, medium, and loud settings. I cannot say enough how much I love this app!

During the winter months, I don't want to turn the fan on, but I still need the sound to sleep. This is easily the best fan app. You can't really here the loop unless you focus on it. Unlike the others where it's completely obvious and that annoys me. Great app!

I like to hear the fan, especially when I'm nervous or trying to relax to sleep. I sometimes also like to hear music and watch youtube videos, but the volume control for the fan also controls the media volume, so no matter what it just makes it difficult to hear anything on my phone. either i turn it down low, and no longer hear the media, or turn it up and the fans annoyingly too loud then. :P so please input volume control for this!!!

I use this when it's too cold to turn on my box fan and it sounds just like my regular fan. It has three different settings low, medium, and high. Also has a timer. I usually just leave it on all night and puts me right to sleep. I love it!

It sounds like someone blowing into a microphone. And why the check would you have 30 second ads DURING the obnoxious "blowing" that blast your ears to have me download another app? 30 second ads that you cannot skip... how ignorant! Negative 10 *'s!

I'm a nanny all my kiddos need white noise. We have several machines but with a new born in her swing etc I need a phone or iPad with the white noise. Since the iPad is how I check on the other kids sleeping I needed white noise on my phone so I could use the iPad. Works great. I only ever need the "low" setting for my kiddos but the different speeds are nice.

There are so many things I love about this app. I originally downloaded it because I was spending an unexpected night at a friend's house and couldn't fall asleep to the awkward uncomfortable silence of a room that wasn't my own. I love how it really sounds like the fan in my bedroom, how it has different speeds, and the timer is genius! Absolutely love this :)

Went thru quite a few sounds on many different apps and machines. I'm a very light sleeper and the wrong "white noise" will keep me awake. LOVE the noise and the fact that it has different levels of intensity. I've deleted all the other white noise on my phone except this one. Great job in coming up with this sound.

So far drains battery during non-used times less than white noise app did. Don't necessarily like the advertisement but it is a simple fan app that seems to work.

I've tried a lot of white noise apps while traveling with my child, usually, I can't stand sleeping to them myself. This actually sounds like a real fan. No annoying sub background noise or anything.

I've been using this for a week now, works great. I wish the ads didn't have sound, they're a little startling in the middle of the night. The fan sound has a high pitch that took a couple days to get use to.

There is a repeating pattern in the noise that has a metallic but musical quality. I didn't notice it at first but after 15 minutes I couldn't NOT notice it. My mind then started actively listening for the pattern, making it even harder to sleep. I like the usability off the app, but not the actual white noise it produced.
