אפליקציית הצדקה של עמותת "תומכי שבת" הר נוף י-ם.
באפליקציה ניתן לתרום אונליין באמצעות כרטיס אשראי, לתרום טלפונית עם נציג, וכן למצוא את הנציג הקרוב אליך.
אפליקציית "תומכי שבת" מפרסמת את זמני השבת כל שבוע ואף תשלח התראה לקראת שבת עם הזמנים.

פעילות העמותה נמשכת על פני כל השנה וכוללת סיוע כספי לנזקקים, חלוקת מצרכים למשפחות מעוטות יכולת, מלגות לתלמידים ופעילויות שונות של גמילות חסד. במסגרת הפעילות השוטפת מקבלות כשישים משפחות סל מצרכים המכיל מצרכי יסוד, עופות, שימורים, טיטולים, קפואים, חמרי נקיון ועוד, בתדירות של אחת לשבועיים. הרכבו של הסל וגדלו שונה ממשפחה למשפחה לפי גדלה וצרכיה. עוד כעשרים משפחות מקבלות תמיכה כספית חדשית עבור עזרה בלימודים, עזרה במשק בית, עזרה רפואית, והשתתפות בהוצאות הכלכלה.
מפעם לפעם קופת הצדקה מעניקה גם תמיכות להכנסת כלה למשפחות שאין ידן משגת, או לכיסוי הוצאות מיוחדות נוספות.
