A lot to like.

One lesson per day and then review the previous one with the writing option, and you're set for a decent german course! It's important to speak out loud the contents of the lesson, together with the speaker if you can. Only wish there were more lessons(I'd totally buy an expansion pack). Makes a good combo with the verb trainer and the babbel app, by the way! 5 stars for sure.

When I want to download lessons file, then come an error message: Unfortunately, German in a Month has stopped.. and then program is closing. I write emails to support, but I didn't have answer.

I've tried most the apps for learning german and this is the best by far because it uses the native android keys; add Deutsch as a language to easily do swiping thing for the writing parts

both female speakers are really bad! It's such a pain to listen to them. If you want to learn German correctly you should disable the female voice.

With this apps u will learn so fast and interesting. I give 4 star.

I use this strictly as a vocabulary builder/refresher. It is very handy to use with head phones while waiting. I use various apps but I always have this one on my devices. There is some issues with pronunciations or grammar but I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Very good for beginners.

It's impossible to read words on grammar cards because font is too big. Exercises in grammar must be sorted in lessons, divided by tenses and difficulty level.

It doesn't teach accusative, dative, or anything useful. It only taught me vocabulary but other than that it's useless. Duo lingo is a million times better with tons of variety of exercises while being free.

Simple as it gets to absorb the language.

That's simply awesome! This app allows its users effortless learning- exactly the way kids learn- fastly and effectively. All I can say is: I highly recommend this app!

Lesson 4 auf DEM blatt not das blatt and DEM computer not den computer. Get a native speaker to review each app!!!!! If there were no errors I'd give you 5*

Demo Version was fine but full version does not display lessons. Must say that I liked the way to study the program offers in Demo. That's why I bought full version. I did not expect that it would have such a nasty bug. Plz. Fix it!

The pros are that this app is amazing for what it offers and cheap..for a few dollars I am learning enough german to be able to communicate and write and that is the point. The cons are that some of the images shown are confusing about what word they are trying to get across. English version of thr words would help along with the german would be very helpful. Also, when I am taking a test or quiz I am forced to skip and fail many answers because I cant use accents or umlauts in text answer

PERFECT. I have downloaded almost every application on the store to aid me in learning the German language but this one is the most complete i have encountered

It could use some instructions for useage, as far as the grammar goes. Also, in the writing Tests, the app refuses to recognize any A with an Umlaut. When I try to Type Mädchen or läuft, forget it. It will not allow the A to be typed.

I have Rosetta Stone and also use Live Mocha. This is a great mobile product and you do learn quickly. The same pictures are used more than once but anyone paying attention will not have any trouble figuring out what the correct answer is to the question. The lessons get harder at a good pace and you will put sentances together really quick. Great job!!

It is a nice app for direct learning. Could u please add index for each subsection in one lesson, so that I don't need to start from the very behining

Having used Pimsler and Michel I find this very useful and a bit easier. I like the fact that it is all Deutsch with no English. I wish there was a way to bookmark so I have the option to pick up where I left off or repeat if I dont complete the full lesson in one sitting. Well worth the $2!

I really like the app and the Learning methods used. My only complaint would be in the writing quiz section. I can't type umlauts or accents, so I can't continue in my lessons when those are necessary.

Don't buy. It crashes every time I try to download the lessons. Free app worked fine. This is a scam. Would give no stars if possible.

I was not able to install it on my mobile, as it required to have an SD card. Mean time tried to write an e-mail to thw support, but got a message that such addrress does not exists...

Please do not purchase this app. It will try to download a 99meg file after install and it will crash every time. Can not run on galaxy SIII or galaxy note II

I am fully enjoying this app though there's somewhat poorly edited voice sample in some parts. Fortunately it doesn't interfere so much with whole lessons :) I want to learn other languages with this series.

diffinately worth every cent! I've been wanting to learn german as quickly as possible before starting classes next semester and this app is wonderful in helping me achieve the basics and more.

It is really a great learning tool. It is the best mobile app I have seen for German. My only issue is it keeps making me download all the lessons, or it won't even come on, saying my SD card isn't working, when every other program needing it works fine.

Won't download the necessary info needed to actually use the program. Samsung Galaxy S2.

Simple learning approach that mirrors how we picked up our first language. Absolutely correct that there is no English text on the learning cards. Highly recommend it.

Error every time when i try download lessons in full version. Free version have five lessons but full null und error when download have 8% - 9%

Works Great A+....a must have in a portable version (88mb file d/l after install), especially when using Rosetta Stone or similar software at home or office.
