Parrot Audio Suite

I'm running the app on an s7 edge and when in Bluetooth mode the gestures to control volume, pause/play songs and so on does not work. The only way the controls work is if I plug in the audio cable. The automatic pause function also does not work. I'm regretting this purchase.

Cannot update firmware 1.09, says network error. App useless without update

The last update seems to have crippled the app and my headphones. It no longer displays battery level (says Zik isn't connected despite being able to still control other things including actions noise cancelling) and causes Zik to randomly switch off now. Very frustrating.

Really compatible with my ziks And my Xperia Z5 Premium no lags and interruptions if only there's other presets.

Does not work with Google Pixel. Unable to upload new version.

Will you please update the software for 7.0 android OS

Nice app

I'm on my third pair zik's; not by choice , but they're still the best on market. Problem is that I'm on my 3rd pair. They look and feel durable but are not as solidly built as they feel. Yet, I bought a new pair for lack of a better sounding and more durable pair of BT/ NC head phones being on the market. If these were gym durable I'd rate them a 5. No I didn't break the previous at gym. App is satisfactory.

Just bought my headphones Zik 3 model but this app doesn't connect. Although my phone Samsung note 5 has no problem.

I don't know why a separate app is needed for the Zik 2. I paid good money for the zik 1 and don't plan on upgrading, but when I do I am will be tempted to seek a brand that appreciates it's products more and in turn it's customers.

I can't find the way to create an account to use the settings of the app. How should i do this please?

The app is now working in Android M also. My only complaint is the permanent notification, which is completely useless and forces you to open the app again just to quit it via the menu, in order to close the notification. Please remove it, or at least make it an option.

The app allows me to quickly change the settings on my Zik headphones. Easy enablement noise cancellation feature and also the various other cool effects. The guys from Parrot quickly fixed an issue with the app, since it stopped working after upgrading to Android M

Version 2.8 fixed the connection issue with Android 6.0. The app is now working fine again. Thanks Parrot :-)

finally it's working on Android 6.... late though.... should also in-cooperate more customization.... battery level indicator is not perfect.... some more goodies from zik 2 app which can be added should be added.... zik must consider that is a premium product and users will only trust it if it doesn't stop supporting it's older products when new ones arrive

Even if it's gen 1 these headphones cost an arm and a leg. Is it really to much to give Android wear integration?

I was worried that support for the original zik was nearing the end when I started having to toggle anc with my iPad. Hopefully this support continues. I can't say 5 stars though for making closed source headphones that can't work by themselves and making me worry that these rather expensive headphones might just stop working properly because my phone got an update.

The app now didn't want to recognize the headphones (Zik gen 1), but as of the latest update it works fine, thanks guys.

Add an option to turn off Zik touch controls and it will be a 5 star app.

Great app to tweak the settings of the headphone. New version fixed any issue with Android M.

I love my headphones and I'm even considering buying them again once they fell on me and this is a nice little app to go along with them

Finally updated for 5.x/6.0

The App is neither compatible with lollipop nor Marshmallow. Headphones are not detected by the app. I see the IOS app being updated regularly but not the Android version.

I've had the Parrot Zik headphones and audio suite upon its initial launch just over 4 years ago. I will not purchase or borrow another type of headphones! This App is amazing and I feel for those that somehow have troubles. Tip: (Purchase an additional battery on the Parrot site for international traveling.) HTC/Note3/GalaxyS6 Edge+

The app will not connect to Zik after the phone was upgraded to Marshmallow. Please fix so that the sound stage and equalizer settings can be modified.

Stay on top of version compatibility please. For $400 you'd expect Bluetooth 4.0 and a functional app..

Recently upgraded to Android 5.0.2 with the headhones on v1.10b firmware. The app won't recognize when the headphones are connected, can't manage any settings or view battery life. Please fix!
