I've used the app for a year or so now and it has some really useful features. But verifying was a pain as it took about ten tries to get the OTP sent to my cellphone number and the app also fails to launch more than half the time.

Absolutely pathetic app. Don't bother to install it. To register they send a OTP the only problem is they send two msgs with OTPS. I wanted to get an extended service plan and warranty but according to Toyota the don't make a single cab Hilux 3.0 d4d only a 2.5 d4d. So after installing this useless app now I have to uninstall it and phone my nearest branch.

Your reply to my recent comments was very helpful but the accessories for toyota etios is not showing says there are none available which is a lie could you guys up load with prices like the boot spoiler , side skirting , mud guards or flaps , windshield protecter and other stuff with prices as I would like to purchase these items for my car but dnt have the time to go and check the prices so if it was available on the app it would save me time on knowing how much I need to make my car sporty but thanks

Why can't this app send a text message to your phone that your service has been booked and the reference number, I had to literally go to the the dealer to verify whether they received my booking or not.

The app was awesome when I first activated it. Set the pin code. When I tried opening the app again... Incorrect pin. Ok, so I click on forgot pin. Tried getting it by sms, no response. Tried getting it by email, no response. Now what? (update: re-registered and I can get access to the app again)

Only works the first time when installing, thereafter doesn't want to accept the pin, and the "forgot pin" option doesn't work either- so you are stuck. Would have been very nice otherwise...

I can't log in no matter what I do. This stupid OTP thing is rubbish. At first the people from Toyota spelt my email address wrong so I couldn't even use that to login. And now I just never get a OTP.

This app used to work great on my old phone, but now crashes on start-up on my Galaxy S7 with the message "connection to the server was unsuccessful".
