About the EyeTV Tivizen TV Tuner
This app requires an EyeTV Tivizen device. The EyeTV Tivizen mobile TV tuner has a small, extendable and extremely robust aerial that receives the television signal (DTT/DVB-T/TNT/Freeview). EyeTV Tivizen transmits that TV signal over to your Android device or computer. It sets up its own Wi-Fi hotspot to be accessed by computers and mobile devices within that network. EyeTV Tivizen does not require an internet connection and gives you unlimited TV without touching your data plan.
EyeTV Tivizen also works great as a wireless TV tuner for a Mac or PC. Watch, record, edit and enjoy live TV on your computer, completely free from cables. Also, EyeTV Tivizen can be connected directly with a Mac and PC via USB cable. The EyeTV Tivizen mobile TV tuner comes with award-winning EyeTV software for Mac and THC software for Windows.

EyeTV Tivizen requires an Android device with a 1 GHz or faster dual-core ARM CPU and Android 4.0.3 (“Ice Cream Sandwich”) or later. Playback of MPEG-4/H.264 video requires a processor with NEON support (e.g. Tegra3).
Important notes
• Please make sure you own a Tivizen by Elgato to enjoy this app. This app will not work with devices of other brands.
• The EyeTV Tivizen app can display electronic program guide information transmitted in the DVB-T stream. The availability and amount of program information varies depending on the channel.
• EyeTV Tivizen supports MPEG-2 and MPEG-4/H.264 video in standard definition as well as DVB-T radio, if available. High definition channels, encrypted programs and/or DVB-T2 broadcasts are not supported.
• DTT/DVB-T/TNT/Freeview broadcasts vary in bitrate. Playback quality of high bitrate channels may be limited by 802.11g Wi-Fi network bandwidth.

Have been using earlier version on tab2 android 4.2.2 for about 2 years with no problems. Downloaded this version so I could save recordings on device sd card. This version simply DOES NOT WORK cannot see devices - don't waste your time downloading it use earlier versions.

Absolute garbage - No Devices found - No matter which device I install it on. No ability to configure or try to fix. - pathetic. Elgato - a company to avoid. I wish I had counted and read the bad reviews before I bought the device.

Top shelf stuff from elgato works a treat on my nexus.. Just hoping it works on my Super pad. works wonderful on my experia z ultra records,picture perfect... More updates plz.....keep up the good work elgato :-)

I have an open and a google nexus 7 next to each other., the iPad version can scan channels this android version can't find channels. Had to delete this app

I have tested on Samsung Galaxy Note and ASUS Transformer Prime both with Android 4.04 ICS Note that you can not record yet with this app as you can on IOS. Note that you will need a PC or Mac with Eyetv to set-up Tivizen advanced options like joining your local Wifi network at home etc. The picture is really good, Just works

I can't seems to get it working at home, outside my grandma place and there is only some places I got it to work so full of it tivizen I wasted my money buying it not happy at all

Have tried this on Google Nexus 6p and Asus Zenpad Z380M - cannot find devices. Has worked on other devices including iOS. Is there an issue with Android 6?
