EyeTV Netstream for Android
And no possibility of scanning manually
Does not detect a working eyeTV station inside the local LAN which works fine for other systems. And no option to scan for a device or set the address manually or anything. What a dump!
It is taking forever to download
Not very feature filled.
The app used to work perfectly, but now it crashes whenever it tries to connect to the device. This happens ever since the upgrade to android 6 (nexus 7) Please fix, I cannot watch tv on my tablet anymore :-( Thanks!
Does not support Android 6
Crashes everyone I try to start watching a Chanel
Crashes scanning channels or trying to view a channel.
The EPG works for 30% of the channels Of those it works on, It only shows the next two hours. This is also is the same for the windows app

Finds my device no problem, but on tf101 there is no scan channels option in settings. Works fine on my ipad.
And no possibility of scanning manually
Works fine on both my Galaxy Note 2 and Note 10. I 2014. No problems to find the Netsteam box. Only option I am missing: I cannot switch off the pin entry.
And no possibility of scanning manually
EyeTv seems to have many devices that all receive TV... but they all have different software requirements. So the chances of any of these apps working are slim. I have an EyeTv 3 hybrid, on which none of these apps seem work to stream video (Works fine on the old Apple mobiles though) None of them can even recognize their own hardware that is running on the same wireless network. *No devices found* on all these apps. It's a bit lame that the EyeTv apps cannot recognize their own hardware... hardware that is only a year old.
Don't listen to the "no channels" people - they need to RTFM. If you install the Terratec software included with your Netstream on at least 1 computer then channel scan there is a function to upload the channel list to the Netstream, if you don't do this all mobile apps show no channels. Just installing the Windows Media Center driver and only channel scanning in WMC is not sufficient. The Terratec software doesn't interfere with WMC and doesn't need to be used other than to upload the channel list. DTT Netstream working great with my HTC Sensation running Cyanogen Mod 10, can watch all non-HD channels (Netstream doesn't support DVB-T2 so this is normal).
Just says no channels even thought it detects the eyetv unit.
All those with "No Channels" need to a) RTFM and b) update the Netstream firmware. That's it. It will work. I have it working on 3 non supported android devices and 2 supported androids and an iPad.
Laggy on the Nexus 7, please update this Elgato. The Nexus 7 is selling 1 Million Units Per Month. It's a very popular unit. Please fix this up! We pay so much for the netstream and this doesn't even work properly!
Love my net stream on every computer in the house, but this app is a stuttering unusable mess.
I can see and watch channels on my MAC which works well, but cannot see the channels on my samsung galaxy s3, It can see the device but cannot see any channels. Cannot find anything on forums to help me with this issue.
Keeps on saying no channels found even though it works fine on windows media centre. HTC OneX
I have a netstream dual tuner and normally use it within ms mediacenter. Based on my experience with their packaged software and occasional mediacenter issues, i wasn't expecting much. However, this app is fantastic...easy to set up and no issues. You do need to add channels first with the packaged software....rtm first!!!
Not Nexus 7 friendly!
