TouchDraw for Android
Overall a very good app and easy to use. Pen tool could be further improved to allow adding of anchor points. Text should also be able to be converted to paths, aligned on paths, etc.
This is by far the best vector graphics app available in the Android echo system. It is also probably the only one worth downloading.
...by Tina Turner.
This is a full-featured SVG editor that also has Visio-like capabilities. I've been trying all the other SVG editors for several years and this is the best. Didn't realise previously that it is far more than a flowchart app, though excellent for that too. Fast, stable, intuitive, with extensive documentation. Dev is very responsive - replied immediately explaining that the additional power features I requested are already planned! Well worth the price!
Awesome way to create.
Will this support "Game Development" art creation or will it be a chart/graph editor like the current? How much will it cost? Edit: Fair enough. Thanks for the warning to stay away from TD2. :)
Consistent toolbars would be nice. The undo, redo and delete icons disappear in portrait mode and must then be accessed through the menu button, which is an absolute nightmare for efficiency. Please fix this. - Thanks for the response, but there is tons of space for another 10 icons. Galaxy Note 10.1 2014
The answer to my search for a vector app that offers all the operations I'm accustomed to in AI. Works seamlessly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. Excellent tutorial, very thorough and well written. Still trying to figure out text editor - text only seems to appear if I paste it, not if I select "ok" after entering text in the editor. I'm probably doing something wrong. A beautiful app with excellent documentation, well worth the price. Update: An email to the Touchdraw development team solved my text editing issues. Although he had not run into this issue before, Jon figured out that it was not the program, but a tweak I had unwittingly made to my Android settings (I had somehow turned on "Don’t Keep Activities" in the Developer Options). Thank you TouchDraw for the perfect program.
I am using this app long time. It is very good app. You can find all tracing tools. You can make smooth, angle. Very good will be done in flow chart. I used many other apps but it is best in all which I have used. I can trace images in vector drawing very easyly. If it is a more function snap with edge that will be iceing on the cake. All over I like it. And thanks for support of updates those I have getting in the app. Good luck.
This is an awesome app. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. However, when working on a full scale project across multiple programs (like I am right now), I often run into issues. Added functionality with anchor points and handles would be awesome. It would save me from having to create some incredibly complex systems of equations involving trigonometric conics and stuff, and even then I cannot edit the handles with precision. But over all, I love this app and use it often, calculator in hand. Well worth the steep price of eight dollars.
This is a very feature rich and professional Android app. What a nice suprise. Worth every penny.
I Bought the app on trust as there is no trial I version. Love the interface and the 378 page documentation, BUT... I cannot find a way to export to SVG, it will only save to it's native file type which is useless to me. I've spent hours trying to do this, am I missing something obvious? EDIT: Finally found it, five stars now awarded. Happy days!
Having used DrawPlus on my PC for years, I was hoping for something similar but with added touch control. I am sure I can use this to prototype while away from the PC (thanks to PDF export) but certain features like chaining together a series of points into a compound line/path and converting text into shapes would make things easier. (Either that or text that actually flips). Mind you, it's not as if I try T-shirt printing everyday.
If you do graphic design, there is no other app that can compare to Touchdraw. The developer is great. I've been dealing with an issue of importing custom fonts, and he spent days helping me. Turns out, it was my own fault for copying the fonts in the wrong folder (it's "com.elevenworks.touchdraw"). It has extensive documentation online, more than enough tools, and .pdf export! Your search is over, get Touchdraw!
Does what it says on the tin. Only 1 minor bug, if I place an item ( door, wall, etc. ) in a locked rooms it deselects the item and selects the room and tells me I can't move it. I can move with the X and y buttons. A wish list item would be to be able to remap hardware keys, i.e. be able to nudge or lengthen with volume button. Still 5+ stars, well worth it.
Great prog,, Do you got any more fonts in different languages?
Very happy so far and the support is there! Excellent app!!
Good app!! Previously I was disappointed because of double paid. But then realise that it was Google App Purchase BUG!! What a shame! There should many people experience the same that I do that purchase using subscription balance! Don't do that! Or you will loose money like me. And because of that "poor system", the app developer that get the "bad review". Sorry!! That's why I change my opinion and give you 4 star. You actually make a pretty cool app. But perhaps need improve in UI skin.
I am using Inkscape on Windows and Linux, and this is the best replacement for it on my new tab. After about 1 hour of use Ifound some issues where some polishing is needed, but this is still the best svg editor I've found (after spending a lot of money on cheaper apps). If you dont want to install the original Inkscape (comes at the time bundled with Gimp and takes 1GB on the system disk), this is the solution. The problems include some standard conversion problems between vector graphics programs, like losing the arrows on line ends when importing the SVG and inconsistencies in standard font sets. Also, to look good on different phones and tabs, the font size in menus should be adaptable. Even in a big screen the side panes cover half of the drawing when opened. Said that, I repeat: the best SVG editor for Android.
I use this on my Note 10.1 with the SPen. Simply amazing, very powerful with loads of features.
Awesome app!!!!
It freezes when importing some drawings done with Inkscape. Galaxy Note Pro. EDIT: Quick response from dev had solved my SVG import issue in less than 3 days, I'm very satisfied. Now left with 2 minor issue and I'm good to go. 1.) Those persistent "black buttons" (dev knows it) 2.) UI doesn't fit well with small screens like phones (left toolbar gets cut off at the bottom). Hope it gets fixed soonest. Thanks Jon.
I have spent most of the day looking at numerous apps that might be suitable for technical illustration, but I hadn't found any until this one. I highly recommend it
This is, hands down, the best vector graphic drawing tool for your tablet. The only snag I have run across is importing really large tiff images, "A" size drawings, which it does just fine. But after marking up the drawing it is unable export it due to memory constraints....an Android thing I am assuming since the tablet shows a gig of free ram. But other than that it works great and I use it almost every day to update old electrical prints ( created before the days of CAD ) in the field.
Best 2D vector app on android. Excellent documentation, better written than those for many desktop apps (probably done by tech writers). Very elegant edit layout. Excellent performance.
Current version is a really good tool. I use it for the presentations for my students. I've even used it for creating a diagram for a handbook. It's not perfect, but still - very useful and reliable.
Great app. Needs an eye drop tool.
Using it with Galaxy Note 4 and sPen. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close. If you've used Inkscape before, then you'll love this tool. Don't get upset if you find it a little rough around the edges - the developer is a nice guy and really responsive.
NOTE PRO 12.2 running 4.4.2 - I've had a only a moment to play with the app so far, initial observation, it'll work in a pinch or when I don't have access to my imac. I'm excited to see the future development of this app too. One thing I would like to see is easier access to boolean operations or a way to customize my toolbar to fit the needs of my project, I will be using this primarily for working up logo drafts. Also, I'd like to see compatibility with .eps files. My rating may change as I get more acquainted to the app, I hope it is because I like it more. Great work, and keep building on it.
Working and after crash everything is gone... However, the developer is working on that
Fantastic app and best in its class . If your going to give this app less than 1 star then i suggest you try infinite design only then will you realise how good this is.
There is a long way to go to make this app more amiable. Buggy half of the time. Definitely not straight-forward to accomplish things. You'll be obliged to do a lot of workarounds to achieve simple tasks and it'll become just more cumbersome for complex ones. Worst of it all, I found myself designing my own workarounds draining me of precious time and patience. Apparently, there is no other vector app so advanced for the mobile market, so TouchDraw is riding alone for the time being. Until...
This app has a lot of advanced features and works wonderfully on my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. Maybe even more important, the developer is extremely responsive and concerned with providing the best product and service possible. Worth every penny - and then some!

I actually bought the app because it works so good (have to mention a rarely ever pay for apps). The only thing keeping me from giving a five star Rating is the missing support for VSDX files.
Nexus 7 running 5.0.2. Docs say it will import SVG files. My iOS version will, but the Android version tells me the file type isn't recognized. They need to fix this or the app is useless for serious work. UPDATE: the developer immediately took care of the Google inspired issue. It is now a 5 star app as far as I am concerned. Now, how about PDF import for Android and iOS? :-)
Awesome way to create.
Best 2D vector app on android. Excellent documentation, better than many desktop apps (probably done by tech writers). Very elegant edit layout. Excellent performance.
Ive tried about 10 other vector apps (Free & Paid) before settling on this one. Definitely the smoothest and most feature filled of the lot. I utilize it for Art as well as Schematics and it handles both well. 2 things I would like to see in the future. 1) customisable side tool bar. 2) make the 'long press' open menu feature an option instead of always active.

I'm using TouchDraw on both OS X and Android (on a Samsung NotePro 12.2 with pen - great combination), mostly for technical documentation. When I recently ran into a SVG problem ElevenWorks responded within a day with a fix - it doesn't get much better than that. TouchDraw strikes a great balance between functions, ease-of-use and cross platform support, especially when it comes to SVG
