参差计划

参差计划（Cenci Journalism Project）是一家多语言的新闻翻译网站，经由网友的讨论与翻译，把外国媒体的观点展示给中文读者，以人文社科与政治事务为主要内容。参差计划于 2011 年 8 月 6 日创办，是一家独立的非盈利青年组织，早期以多人博客的形式运作，之后于 2011 年 12 月 30 日建立官方网站，旨在消除新闻阅读中的语言障碍，为读者提供立体化新闻阅读的视角和比较新闻的材料，以使认识更接近真实，同时亦为语言学习者提供多语言学习环境及阅读文本。

成立于 2011 年 8 月 6 日，创始人为康夏，曲喆等五位北京外国语大学的学生，早期的网站口号为「同样的事件，差异的报道」，后更改为「Any Language, Any Perspective, Anything Cenci」。截止 2012 年 11 月，参差计划的订阅者约为 70,000 人次，包括约 400 名志愿译者和管理团队，提供了约 2000 余篇译文。在参差计划的译文中，除英语、阿拉伯语、德语、法语、俄语、日语、意大利语、西班牙语、韩语共 9 个大语种之外，亦同时有波兰语、冰岛语、克罗地亚语、阿尔巴尼亚语等超过20余种不同的语言源。

作为独立的非盈利组织，参差计划由创始人提供服务器、运营与活动所产生的全额资金。参差计划工作者以主编、责任编辑、编辑、主笔、译者、发布员、专栏作者作为主要的工作区分，采用一般媒体惯用的三审制，在用稿方面则采取用户自发翻译的形式。

除关心社会新闻的网友外，参差计划的读者多由学者、记者和传媒领域从业者组成。作为翻译多语种报道的学习计划，参差计划为媒体从业者提供了更多的信息源。同时内地大学新闻系的教授亦有尝试使用参差作为课堂案例展示工具与信源。
