Great wallet for storing ETN bit over the top on security but guess that's not a bad thing. Has a bug as doesn't always keep a record of out going transactions even when successfully sent. Also updating balance can take a couple of attempts. Thinking this is still work in progress but does the job. So far so good.

Sign up process for SMS DOES NOT WORK, tried 3 different numbers. I am in California btw. How people gonna use this app if you can't even sign up because of broken SMS verification system. Sounds scammy, stay away and sell all your coins.

Honestly, they talked a big game and weren't ready. They still haven't got the mobile miner working yet they try to impress everyone on social media. It isn't working. I'll still have it on my phone but it has just been one disappointment after another

The sign up process some people are complaining takes long I did it within 7 minutes. The miner is offline and the company tweeted it will be back online on New year day 2018. So we have a few days. I'm just rating it based on the potential this cryptocurrency has. The app seems fine for now..

I am not able to transfer my ETN from this wallet to cryptopia. It says transaction is pending for a while and then it just fails....please look into this issue ASAP.

Look. Fix your stuff. When you make a big deal about being able to mine your coin via your app and you fail to deliver on that promised feature, it makes you look amateur. EDIT~~ I contacted customer support (who were very kind and helpful) and I'm not sure if it's fixed for everyone, but my account is now working both on the app and website. I am very pleased with electroneum's effort in fixing all the bugs. I can now send and receive ETN, and doing so through the app is very convenient for electroneum's offline wallets. I changed my rating to five stars. Well deserved. App and website are both horrible. The app won't even let me log in. Everytime I enter my pin, it says that I've been blocked and cannot access the app. The website is extremely slow and always says that it's unable to load my wallet. I has to use my friends account to send my electroneum to cryptopia. What a disappointment. And these issues are happening as of December 16, 2017 so it looks like electroneum still hasn't fixed the issue. Worst of all I cannot make a new account because my phone number is already linked to this account, and there's no way of deleting the account...
