Ringo Pro: Text & Call Alerts

Please help me I had this on old phone and had to get new phone cause speaker went out. When I put my info in I still had this under my number but it doesn't give me the option for everything I uninstalled but still its not doing. I'm willing to pay the 499 again

Your app used to work but now it glitches when scrolling through ringtones and contacts says SD card not recognized but plays from it does not always notify you incoming texts or calls paid for this app does not work multiple complaints from multiple people *samsung galaxy s7 active is the phone I use now

Upgraded phone to Galaxy s7 active and now it glitches when I scroll ring tones or contacts and doesn't recognize my SD card although it plays from it at some times. Getting very frustrating and to the point I want my money back if it's not going to be fixed!!!!!!!

I got this app back in 2009 and it was perfect now.... horrible. I was able to set my LED lights and everything now I can't do it anymore. I even bought the full version back then. I don't know what they did but get it together. I will delete because no need to waste storage.

It has worked perfectly up until about 6 months ago. Now the app says no SD card is installed, although there is, and won't play any ringtones...whether it be the default tones, or for individuals. I paid for the pro version....if this isn't going to be fixed then I am definitely due a refund.

The app has quit working and keeps saying that sd card is unavailable please fix or I would like refund. Can't use it if it does not work

I'm highly disappointed in this app. I have been using Ringo pro(the free app) for years with no problems. I loved the variety of ringtones and 2 per person. This current app does not work at all. Missing texts messages and all.????????

I've used this app on all of my android phones for years and have found it very very useful inl identifying whomever is on the other end of my calls/messages without ever picking up my phone. Would be the ultimate app if there was a backup/restore feature with it. Every time I reflash my phone, I have to set everything up again. **Update** Does not work for my S7 Active

This app used to be great but now my ringtones for calls no longer work and I'm not seeing any work being done to fix the problem. I have e-mailed the company twice now with no response. At this point I feel like they took my money and ripped me off!

I wish whoever made this and gave up on it would donate the code to a software developer that cares because this was great when it worked (mass update SMS tones by contact group), but now it doesnt. You have to apply those changes one at a time.

Since having to reinstall my firmware this app as developed an annoying flaw. Everytime a message comes through, instead of sound it's silent only yo discovet it had turned off the notification sound. I have silent set on the phone and silent on the go sms pro app. I have tried both versions and it seems to be the same in both.

Used to work great. Loved it. But NAG feature has not worked for months and no one responds to incident reports. And I even paid for the Pro version.

I just can't anymore. I've had this app for years. The best feature, which I love, will get stuck and nag you even after you check your message until you force stop. It helps to know you have a message to read unless you've already ready it.

Keeps freezing then failing. Used to love this app but not so much anymore.

Worked fine until recently. The screen turns black then freezes.

I've been an avid user of this app since the Droid 2 days, and loved everything about it. But ever since I updated from my venerable LG G3 to my daily driver LG V10, it has ceased to work. Hopefully there are plans in the work to fix this issue (especially when I rely on this app's abilities to distinguish calls/texts of exes... BTW, "Godzilla's" or "Chewbacca's" roars were my go to's for this. Please makes this happen again.

Update: I am not able to find a way to apply ring and sms tones to my groups on my S7 Edge... There is no way to bring up the usual menu... And default SMS tone is not working, so i am reading message late... Can the author please please update the UI to make it work properly?

Tried to search RingoPro for new tones, get taken to a catalog screen, but cannot preview or d/l any tones, and it references how to install for a Treo (seriously???!!!). Surely with one of the top-rated tones apps in the Play Store, I don't have to search the web manually for tones?

Not sure when it stopped working but Ringo used to be great when it did worked. Now the text tones only come through maybe a quarter of the time. Maybe it's a cross app conflict. Please fix problem and return your app to greatness. Otherwise there no reason to have this on my phone. Note5, 6.0.1, chomp sms.

Marshmallow and it are enemies. Huawei p9 plus. OK I have worked out that for Ringo to work on phone it must be physically open all times. As in it won't just function in background without the app up. Pain in butt when you clear all open apps to return ram. Can this be remedied? Update. Go into app permission under battery it appears to fix if you allow app to run even after screen turns off. I would prefer it to automatically trigger again on screen awakening

Ringo is one of my essential apps for my phone. Since I've upgraded to a S7, it hasn't been working properly and Im checking messages late. The notifications aren't sounding. I've paid for this app and I would like it fixed or issue a full refund. Thanks!

App does not remember ringtone settings, revert to default many times by self. No possibility to export / import settings, waste of money IMHO! After receiving a call where number is set to be never silent, the vomlume of my tlephone stays at 100% - extremely annoying

I used to so like this app but lately it's been flakey. Sometimes it will read a text to me and other times it doesn't. There is no pattern. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but nope, still random. It also uses a LOT of memory and battery. I sent a note to their "support" people 3 TIMES but I did not get a response to any of my requests for help. I am rating this a 1 due to lack of support, memory and battery drain and the fact that it only works sometimes. PS: I've been using it for years so I know how it works and the settings

Would like to know if this app has problems with Marshmallow. It seems I get multiple notifications when I use it, and some functions are disabled.

was one of my favorite apps. now none of the settings are?there and support won't respond to emails. no longer works after marshmallow update. found an app that works Smart Sound Profiles! :-)

Love it since my very first Android, but there is a request: Can you please add an antispam feature to block spam calls and sms? I'm using "clean inbox" and it works well, but Ringo continues to ring anyway. There is a sender with only a textual number that is annoying me with spam SMS, please help! Thank you!

I started using this app back in the Palm Treo 650 days... I have installed it and had to take it back off several times for this or that reason.... I just reinstalled on my new Sony Xperia Z5 Premium and so far I only have one issue.. My wife's name is Angela.... Not An-glee-a.... Really... That's kinda a common name...

I loved Ringo at first, but as Android updated, Ringo did not. Now, this is worse than useless, it actually interferes with the proper use of my phone for calls. Skip it.

Why won't the app play sms tones please fix it been like this for over a month. Dose anyone actually read theses as problems been going on for ages but nothing been done about it, looks like you'll be loosing a lot of people from using this app I might be one of them if it isn't fixed soon

...now that I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, I cannot click the context menu within Ringo to bulk assign a SMS tone or ring tone to a group, which renders this useless for me; otherwise, it would be a 5-star app.

Please fix! I love this app, when it works. I no longer have buttons to turn on or off. I am getting multiple notification tones. Paid for this because I liked it, don't anymore.

It works perfectly on my Lg G3 and also with my Moto 360 Wearable Watch, but... Before installing it I could see the photo of whoever was sending me a SMS, now I can see the message, but not the picture, only the Ringo pro icon. Please, fix it or add an option to see the picture of the person. This only happens when I receive a text message. Thank you ☺!

I've used this app for years, love it. However it is missing UI elements that allow you to change your contact groups, i.e. (Galaxy S6 active) I only see 1 group and can't change to edit any other contacts not within that group. Please fix.

Recently, say the last week or so, some of my contacts are not getting any tones when I get a sms from them. Looking at reviews, it looks like this is happening to other users too. Please fix this. I love your app and want to keep using it!

Im with paul bentley..my sms tones havent been coming thru either and its very frustrating

Please fix I have been having to go into the app and go to my settings and turn them off and turn them on just for the SMS messages to play so that I'll know that I've gotten a message and that'll work for so long and then I have to keep doing it every few days or at least once or twice a day

So for some reason I get a notification even after I have checked the text message. This happens with any fone I've had. I have to force stop to stop it. And go back into app to restart. I hope this gets fixed or I'm looking for another app. I even pay for this.

Ever since my phone update and app update it no longer gives me the notification that I have a new text message, help? Fix?

I have used this for years but now it is unusable under Marshmallow. You are not able to get to the menus. Please update!
