My Babycamera

One of the best baby web cam app and great baby cam hardware! No electro-magnetic emissions near the baby is a great hardware feature very hard to find in the market now! All is transmitted via power cable to the router! Works via internet, maybe using a server cloud to pass the video stream. Resolution is not hd but not need more than this now, good frame rate. The night vision is great, see better than me in complet dark and sensitive microphone. Light mode and play songs are great features. Talk mode also great. Photo and video record features used also. Invite link with limited time did not work for me, maybe a bug there!

The app is constantly crashing, so you can't actually connect to the camera. Finally we had to buy walkie-talkie that we could hear if our baby is crying. The function of alerts work super bad, besides the app/camera often are disconnected due to various system errors. If I knew this before receiving it as a gift, without doubt I would change it to other product on the market.

This camera is amazing. The app is awful! Constantly crashing with error messages making me turn it off and back on to re-download the camera. Please get this figured out I've had this a year and it's been. Acting up a year.

The app and camera keep crashing. I keep having to turn it off and back on. Sometimes I have to unplug it completely and plug it back in. I contacted their customer service and they accused us of not having good internet service or not paying our internet bill. Ridiculous! However, I will say when it works, it works well. It just crashes too often.

Todo el tiempo me da este error, tengo que apagar y encender la cámara cada vez que la quiero utilizar, algo que es poco práctico porque hay que entrar a la habitación del niño mientras se está durmiendo. Antes esto no pasaba!

De camera geeft verkeerde temperatuur aan. Verbinding valt soms weg midden in de nacht. En geeft daarbij geen alarm af terwijl die wel ingesteld is. Kan soms geen verbinding krijgen met de camera, enige optie is dan de camera uit en aan schakelen. Ik heb spijt van deze aankoop. 2016.10.09...In de hoop dat het beter zou werken hebben we een apart babymoov scherm gekocht... helaas werk net zo slecht. Camera blijft hangen...

The app keeps asking for a password that I don't have once I enter the UID located at the bottom of the camera. I've re-set up the app over 10 times and I get the same result. I did the same with the camera. I've sent an email to the customer service and never got a reply. Do not buy the camera because the app doesn't work.

I cannot connect to the camera,keeps on asking the password ????????????,is there any way to reset to factory settings? Is useless now,I spent money for nothing ????

Seriously these issues you have with your camera are ridiculous! In bed at night the camera would stop randomly! It could be in the middle of the night when we don't hear the baby! Yes we restart the camera every day (which should not be required for a well done product), yes it is plugged in alone, etc.Even after reboot we need to erase the camera in the app, the password issue! OMG! I even took a picture of the barcode so I can scan it from my other screen phone!! And sometimes it doesn't even work!

Shocking camera. Spent a fortune on it to have it fail to transmit from our living room to the bedroom directly upstairs. Will connect in the same room. I have been ripped off and would never recommend this camera to anyone.

Saoulé, la babycam ne marche plus suite aux nombreuses mises à jour. Est ce que vous testez votre application avant de la déployer sur le store? Ce serait professionnel et pratique pour vos clients. Quel que soit le téléphone sur lequel j'ai testé (LG G3 et G5, Samsung Galaxy NOTE 3 et A5) cela ne marche plus. Il demande le mot de passe à répétition. Cela marchait avant, et même après avoir forcé la modification du mot de passe par défaut.

App was constantly crashing when taking photos and video. Left feedback about issue and got a response same day on Christmas day! Issue was fixed with update issued on boxing day - can't complain about service like that!

Camera is good. Software is below standard. Crashes virtually every day. Unplugging the camera daily helps some. But that's not the quality level you'd expect from a more expensive set. Disappointed customer.

Appli nulle ! caméra toujours en rade, et le sav me dit que tant pis pour moi la garantie est dépassée alors qu'elle na jamais fonctionné plus de 1 mois en continu correctement. De plus, elle avait déjà été changée après une mise à jour non testée qu'ils avaient demander de faire... VOUS POUVEZ VOUS VANTER d'ETRE PREMIERS VENDEURS DE BABYPHONES MAIS ARRETEZ DE FAIRE CROIRE QUE LA CAMERA EST REVOLUTIONNAIRE ! ou alors révolutionnairement chère pour un produit de merde qui marche une fois sur 10 et encore !

I really like the camera etc, I have it on my mobile as I tried it out in the shop. But I also want it on my tablet but when I put the code in it says invalid. I then tried to share the other way via email with a link and it doesn't even give me the link that is also invalid.

Starting to annoy me that it wont accept my UID when I type in manually into my tablet, im now stuck using it on my mobile. This needs sorting and fast

Spend more time getting frustrated that it won't load, connect etc more agro than what it's worth! Constantly asking for a password, never connects. Wish I hadn't bought it

I feel like this baby monitor is useless. Having to rely on this app to connect to the camera is awful. It randomly can't connect or shows "Connection in progress" for no apparent reason. It eventually connects (sometimes takes minutes and sometimes takes hours) but in the meantime, I can't see nor hear my child through the monitor and my phone battery becomes drained bc I'm constantly trying to load the app. It's an absolute headache and it's totally useless. A horrible waste of money.

Keep disconnecting for no reason... Even with the new version of app. "A world's first"? Come on !

I was initially getting issues with UID. once I fully unrolled the USB it worked ok. Their tech support way very helpful and quick to respond. Camera quality is very good with very little delay. The sound when talking to the baby is not that great at all. Alerts seem to be working ok so far. App has crashed a few times on Android.

Trying to communicate with the camera a fuzzy noise is heard where is located. Pls fix it!

I dont understand why some people are complaining about notifications. You can deal with the micro and the motion sensitivity in order to get less notifications. It's just perfect.. nice image resolution with the great ability to share the image among multiple android and ios devices.

Getting a "voice too loud notification" every 30 seconds. Mp3 is choppy. Severe lag time on camera and audio.

How do you get rid of the babymoov cam voice too loud message??? Changing the settings doesn't do it
