남양주시 교통약자 이동지원센터 특별교통수단의 예약 앱입니다.

이용대상
「장애인 복지법 시행규칙」 제2조 따른 1급 또는 2급 장애인
65세 이상으로 의료기관에서 대중교통이 어렵다는 증빙서류를 제출한 사람
교통약자를 동반하는 보호자, 활동보조인(2명이내)

이용요금 및 이용시간
이용요금 : 10km 이내 기본 1,200원 10km 초과 1km당 200원
※ 단, 통행료 및 주차료는 이용자 부담

운행시간 : 평일 오전9시 ~ 오후9시
주말, 공휴일 오전9시 ~ 오후6시
※ 단, 오후 6시 이후, 주말, 공휴일 이용은 사전예약자에 한하며, 예약자가 없을 경우 미 운행

이동지원서비스 신청방법
1단계 : 1666-5525(이동지원센터)로 예약접수 (이용일시, 목적지, 동승자 유무, 소요시간 등)
2단계 : 차량배차
3단계 : 이용당일 배차차량 운전원 통화
4단계 : 만남장소 도착, 이용자 신분확인 후 이동
5단계 : 목적지 도착, 서비스 종료

예약접수
평일 : 오전 9시부터 ~ 오후 6시 (이용일 2일전 사전예약)

이용제한
- 1일(당일) 제한
예약시간 2시간이내 취소할 경우
승차 시 신분증(복지카드) 및 증빙서류를 제시 하지 못할 경우
신청 대상자와 이용자가 다를 경우
차량 도착 후 10분내 승차하지 못할 경우(회차)

- 1개월 제한
예약시간 2시간이내 취소한 경우가 월 3회 이상일 경우
차량 도착 후 10분 내에 승차하지 못한 경우가 월3회 이상일 경우
운전원에 대한 폭행, 폭언 등의 불법을 행사할 경우

- 납부할 때까지 제한
체납된 요금이 있을 때

How to apply for mobility support services
Step 1: 1666-5525 (mobile support) Reservations to (use date, destination, passenger status, time, etc.)
