SmartGPSTAXI

SmartGPSTaxi는 스마트폰에서 배차서비스를 이용할 수 있는 택시 기사용 어플리케이션입니다.
차량 외부에서 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 근무시작, 콜접수, 콜확인, 자동배차, 배차성공 수신, 구역설정, 통계, 신고 등의 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
Standalone(이하 독립형) 버전과 Subversion(이하 보조형)으로 구분되며, 독립형 버전은 스마트폰으로 모든 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 보조형 버전은 차량에 장착된 MDT와 연계해서 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

SmartGPSTaxi가 제공하는 주요기능: Smart GPS Taxi(스마트 지피에스 택시)
1.근무 시작/종료
- 근무시작: 서비스를 이용하기 위해 서버로부터 단말 인증 및 환경설정 정보를 수신합니다.
- 근무종료: 서비스 이용을 종료합니다.
2.콜접수: MDT의 콜접수 기능과 동일합니다. 센터에서 배차정보를 받을 수 있습니다.
3.구역설정: 구역에 진입 및 이탈하는 기능을 제공합니다. 독립형 버전에서만 지원하는 기능입니다.
4.콜확인: 해당 단말에 성공한 콜정보가 있는지 서버에 확인합니다.
5.최근콜지: 최근에 성공한 30일 콜정보를 확인합니다.
6.통계: 성공 또는 실패한 배차에 대한 통계정보를 확인합니다.
7.센터신고: 센터에 현재 차량의 상태를 신고합니다.
8.자동배차: 센터에서 방송배차를 진행하는 경우 배차정보 목록을 출력하며, 한 항목에 대한 선택접수 또는 전체접수, 모두거부를 할 수 있습니다.
9.배차성공: 센터에서 직접배차 또는 지정배차를 하는 경우, 해당 배차정보를 출력합니다.
- 전화걸기: 고객에게 전화를 합니다.
- 거부: 해당 콜에 대해 거부를 요청합니다.
- 내비실행: 내비게이션을 실행하여 경로탐색을 합니다.
- 수락: 해당 콜을 수락했음을 센터에 알립니다. 수락을 클릭하면 신고버튼으로 변경됩니다. 독립형 버전에서만 제공하는 기능으로 보조형의 경우에는 ‘확인’ 단순히 배차정보를 확인하는 기능만 제공합니다.
- 신고: 해당 콜에 대해 신고할 수 있는 기능입니다. 독립형 버전에서만 제공하는 기능입니다. 예)고객만취, 통화불가 등
- 승차: 고객이 승차하면 클릭합니다. 차량상태를 승차로 변경합니다. 독립형 버전에서만 제공하는 기능입니다.
- 하차: 고객이 하차하면 클릭합니다. 차량상태를 하차(빈차)로 변경합니다.
10. 공지사항: 센터에서 전송한 공지사항을 확인합니다. 메인화면 하단의 공지사항 영역을 클릭하면 수신한 공지사항 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다. [긴급] 또는 [중요] 공지사항의 경우 공지사항 내용을 바로 출력합니다.
11.단말정보: 앱이 SW버전, 단말기 모델, 센터명, 핸드폰 번호, 실행 버전 정보를 출력합니다.

주의사항
1.본 앱의 서비스는 인터넷(3G, Wi-Fi)이 가능하고, 독립형의 경우 GPS가 활성화된 상태에서만 이용할 수 있습니다.
2.현재 GPS 기능은 자동으로 켜고 끌 수 없으니, 설정에서 수동으로 켜주시기 바랍니다.
3.내비게이션 연동기능은 지원 예정이며, 현재 이용할 수 없습니다.
4.클라우드와 장치간 메시징 서비를 중지하시면 센터에서 전송한 배차정보를 받을 수 없습니다.
5.본 앱은 기능 개선 및 변경이 발생할 때마다 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다.

1 This app's service on the Internet (3G, Wi-Fi) is available, stand-alone GPS is active only if available.
Two current GPS feature can be turned on and off automatically eopeuni, set manually turn it on.
3 interlocking feature will be supported navigation is currently not available.
4 Stop the cloud and your device-to-device messaging service center will not be able to receive information sent by the dispatcher.
