EKM

I have two sites with EKM and I am not able to see orders on one of the sites however I log into this app. I have tried stopping the app and clearing data and caches. If I log in using email I am presented with an option for either site however, the orders presented are the same for both... If I log in directly into the site who's orders I can not see I'm still given the wrong site's orders. I stopped using android a few years ago but remember the EKM App didn't work properly the last time I used android. It seems nothing has changed. Installed to uninstalled in less than half an hour...

Go to all that trouble to make a app? Then you can only view orders. Surely would be better to at least be able to edit the same fields you could on the site i.e dispatch or add notes. Poor effort and not the best user friendly wise

Can't log in at all, keeps saying error! Can get in fine from desktop no problem....any chance of fixing it please! Then I will change my rating.

It wouldnt let me login with my email address like it does on the desktop version but it did with my account ID. Give that a try if you are having problems. Only other thing I'd like to be able to see is website views which you cant on this app

Now your prices have gone up you need to sort this out. Won't accept login details.

My log in details work fine when using a desktop but for some reason the app keeps saying "log in failed"

Make sure you log in with the Username / Account ID and not your email address like on the desktop.

Can't log in can't use it a waste of time! Half the reason I PAY for Ekm was this app and the ability to use my mobile units to track my store! Useless for me

We need notifications enabled so when an order comes in I know to get back to the office asap and post out the order if it is next day deliver . Will give 5 stars once developers reply with a suggestion on how they will enable this feature

Works soo well! Only -ve is that you can't change the order status from the app... Oh well - it's still very good!

Another big plus for EKM Powershop, this compliments it perfectly, they have kept it totally uncluttered and clean so it's easy to keep track of orders and order status whilst away from the office.

Handy for at a glance looks at orders but it would be much better if I could update an order status and email customers.
