Pre paid data bundle did not work in US. Didn`t find any contact to get money back.
This app is not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S2. The same unlocked phone I use with my Global Premium sim card.
Crap. Works about as well as the SIM card I purchased from the same guys. Doesn't work on HTC Amaze 4G.
Won't bother with this again. Needed for travel USA/Canada and put $50 credit on. I was able to send three SMS but never able to get data up and running. Tried to make a phone call three times, never rang or connected but managed to consume all the credit! There must be an easier way....
Always trying to cancel your service for non-usage. If you don't use it for 90 days they try and make you 'recharge' with additional funds rather than charge you a nominal fee. Pain
My phone says I've used 14 Mb of data... The app says I've used 42Mb! My entire allowance has been wiped out in a night despite being on WiFi and not using the phone! Customer service are unwilling to help. Apparently even if your phone sends 1kb of data, it gets charged as 1MB of data and I can see it leaking Mbs minute by minute in my usage when in reality it would have been kilobytes if at all. Switch your data off, even when on WiFi! Oh and when you top up, it deletes your remaining allowance! Robbery

Great for seeing my balance, top up, and getting info about my account. Would like to see a rates item added to menu list.
You need to add bundles for cheaper data!!
The software works...I guess. It's really just a portal to the website in order to add money to your account. I used this with a Euro SIM for a trip to Germany which seemed a good way to stay in touch while overseas. The tracking for your call time and data has dramatic delays. At the end of day one, the app announced that I had used up all of my data.....that I had budgeted for the 7 day trip. Even being careful not to use data, I ran out immediately. I would recommend against ekit for traveling service to anybody. I would have saved money by sticking with nealy any US carrier.

I have 2 SIMs. I have to log out and login again with tel#/pin to manage the other card
Does exactly what I need it to do. That is to make calls on my vacation. The support team are excellent. Friendly, unflappable and they know their product

The phone service is bad, expensive and horrible support.
Great to find ATM's, check balance and easy to use.
i would suggest to make the payment throw google wallet in play store.
I hate the new update, nothing is working, can't even use the currency exchange or change the location.
Review on the included Sim only. Many problems including Sim register occasionally. Drain your data quickly even for no data use. Call not terminated frequently and you're still charged. Voice intruction lost and you still charged. Charge for calling and called. Lock your account with 3usd left until you pay 20 for recharge. 100 USD for about a total of 10 actually connected call. Horrible

Using my Ekit int'l Sim card in my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. This app allows me to check my balance and refresh minutes over WiFi or if I buy a data plan.
Seems ok but the remaining balance can be off at times. My account buttons don't work after upgrade. Would also be nice to change the conversion countries.
Whenever I click on the app, it just flashes the app home screen then goes white, when it does stay on the app home screen, if I click on something new it flashes to white

I don't understand why people always have to change things. This app worked great on my BLU Life Play until they did an update two weeks ago. Now it just goes into a never ending error message that spins. Never get to see your account info. Way to go guys. Whatever.
Didn't start up after last update. Now it tried to start up but gets stuck on blank startup page showing an error message. Needs work.
Travelled to Hungary and Croatia the service worked well ( though I needed to go for manual network selection for data) and the app was a great help to check status of my data bundle. I wish I had the same with my provider at home (UK)!!
Finally I can go on holiday and know up to the minute what my roaming charges are, like I said genius.
This is a great application and adds a lot of value to the service.
Just WOW, does everything you could ask for. Love the real time billed usage especially for data, 12meg for $6 whilst roaming in Japan? Just ludicrous! Recommend this app and especially the SIM to anyone!
Great app that works on my Samsung Galaxy Mega, love the way I can can check my billing usage whilst roaming.
Download the app this evening and havnt been able to get it working. It just sits there with message placer text and a loading ring.
This is a good app with good features, although I wish it had the shortcode references and usage help topics like the old "Global Calling" app had. There is a shortcode reference in this one, but it doesn't have all the shortcodes Global Calling listed. The kicker, though, is that for things like weather & currency conversion to work, you need a data connection. The eKit data rates for the last two countries I visited (Morocco and Mexico) are $25/MB. To put that in perspective, downloading an MP3 would cost you over a hundred bucks. Needless to say, data stays off when I'm traveling, so features in this app that need data may as well not be there in the first place.
