DANBI-learn to write korean

I've really enjoyed using this app, as opposed to other Korean learning apps, all though I did have a small problem with the handwriting purchase. I had purchased Luna's Handwriting yesterday and had completed step three before taking a break and heading home for the night ( I practice Korean during overnight babysitting ). I started it back up the next day all, pumped for step four, and it said I needed to purchase one of the star's handwriting. I've restarted the apps multiple times, signed back in with my google account and it didn't seem to fix the issue. I'm not upset at all, and if I have to purchase the handwriting again thats no problem, I'm just curious if this is was an error on my part and hope, if the devs see this, they can shine some light on it. Anyway, thank you for this amazing app, I absolutely adore it and hope to learn a lot from it soon. ♡

It's a great app to help beginners to practice the basic of korean. However, it would be better if one can try out different writing of the stars before they opt for the full version.

Is there a way on how to change the star? It's stated that the purchases will be donated under the name of the star. But if the star isn't what i what then i dont have reason to purchase.

It is definitely that one useful app for you to start learning Korean. It has progression management which allows you to monitor your own progress as well. Moreover, there are several quotes and poems around - some are really motivational. However.. I had downloaded the app since its first oevrseas launch few months back. I'd basically completed steps. For people like me who had done all the steps, it will be quite pointless to remain in the app unless there are some other selling points - grammar usage.

I find it really helpful for me to learn Korean. I learned how to read the words but not what they mean in English. And when I started to write it, i found it pretty difficult.

The app is so amazing! I love how detailed it is though it would be better to add some additional features like for every step, you should lock the other letters so that the user would know which one to start with and that they would thoroughly finish it all. It's kinda confusing because there's no indication that you're finished with that vowel/consonant. You can add a pop up asking the user to repeat learning that letter. Overall all, I really love the app. Thanks for developing this!

I am absolutely in love with this amazing app! I tried to learn Korean before in many ways but it's so difficult. But with this app it's so much easier to learn. I like how the app have the function in which it will pronounce the word and even the correct way to write it. The layout for this app is really easy to help you learn. I also really like how you can change the words style to your idol handwriting and even write a letter to your idols. This will encourage more people to learn so we can write a letter for our idol. You have to pay for it, but it's not that much compare to other apps and it's also for a good cause so it's totally worth it!!! I really love this app! Will definitely recommend this app to all my friends

I like the fact that you can get different handwriting styles but the con of it is that you have to purchase it. Either way, it is cheaper than other apps and it's for a great cause so I don't mind. And it was helpful with knowing how to pronounce them. I also like the poems given. Overall, this app isn't bad. I enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.

I just tried it earlier because i want to learn Hangeul too just for my bias/idols hahaha. I rate this app with 5 stars because it's pretty helpful to me to learn easily. I also tried on how the pronounciation of that word. Thumbs up for this app! Thank you for helping me.

I've always wanted to find an app that is both practical and fun to use. The best feature of the app itself is that you can customize who gets to teach you with some of the most well known hallyu stars! Another feature that I love is the video portion that shows you not only how a word should sound but as well and showing you how it looks like visually. I personally couldn't make certain sounds while learning Korean because I simply didn't understand where certain sounds were coming from. Thank you.

So far so good. However it's seems there an error on the vowels video. OE (어) and E(애) are on the wrong video example, they need to be swap. Please make correction to avoid confusion.

I am so glad I found this app! It's very well made and easy to use :) I like that you can practice writing in Korean and learn how to pronounce vowels and consonants correctly. Everything is neatly organized and offers a simple and easy way for beginners to start learning Korean. I would recommend having memory games and a section where you can learn grammar.

It helps me a lot to learn Korean more. My nationality is Filipino so it's really hard to learn other language specially Korean. This helps me a lot. Saranghae

I am totally loving this app! The simplicity and involvement of Danbi is phenomenal. I really like the fact that hallyu stars are involved in the app too. One of my favorite features includes the clips that show how to produce certain vowel and consonant sounds. This feature helps many in distinguishing the differences among some characters, like for example, ㅔ and ㅐ. Although, I would really like for Danbi to available on the App Store. Overall, danbi is an amazing app for any aspiring Korean learner ^-^.

Really Helpful! 대박! ❤ As a kpop fan, I really like to learn my idols language. So I've been searching for a good app who can really help me to learn Korean. Then I saw a recommendation of a friend at my sns to download this app. It really helps me a lot to understand and learn more about this language and it also feels like entertaining with Korean artists since I learn the alphabet with their own handwritings. I'm really thankful that I had this app on my phone. 단비, 화이팅!!

Danbi is really helpful especially to those who cant read and understand korean language . I found it really nice and I also called it a friendly app because it is giving me knowledge about KOREAN LANGUAGE. I hope for more updates of this app :) its really pretty good

BEST HANGUL APP It helps me to improve my writing skills in hangul. This app is very helpful especially to those people who wanted to learn hangul. It's better to have lesser purchase so that other people would really enjoy it freely.^_^

Loving the app. It helps you learn how to write in Korean and at the same time be helped by your favorite hallyu artists. This is such a great featute made by Danbi 5 stars for that.

Personally I really think this app has a really fun way to teach you hangul and I really do enjoy having korean idols help you along the way because they kind of motivate you in some way to keep amd trying. At least this is my case as I really want to understand my favorite idols when talking. And honestly in my opinion... I wouldn't change anything. Keep it up!

I really love this app cause it helps me a lot with my hangul and it helps me a lot for the future. I want to study in South Korea some day and it would be easier for me to know the language before I study there so I can communicate if I need help with something or need to go somewhere. Useful app!! Great glad to be able to learn Korean successfully with Danbi.Many different sections, from basic to phrases that are easy and important for beginners :) thumbs up to the videos to ensure pronunciation. To aid in further learning,I would suggest adding simple games to make it easier to remember. Also, simple excerise like matching hangul to english will be great too! Or, a segment where we can learn from Songs, as we all know kpop is rather addictive and easy to remember. Thank You :)

This app is really good for those interested in learning how to write and read Hangul, with a unique twist on it by including some K-pop and K-drama stars' handwriting. If you buy a star's handwriting, the purchase goes to a good cause as well :) Personally, I was expecting a little more at the start so I would like some more options from the app; more conversational phrases or other helpful tips to learn Korean just a little more in-depth.. but it's great as it is for those just starting out!! I've been trying to learn hangeul ever since but I was having a hard time until I've come to find this app. This is amazing, it helped me so much! Now, I can read hangeul and can understand few words. I hope you can update the conversations though, it would really mean a lot. 이거 짱!

FINALLY, I found an app that can help me in Korean the best! The first time I used it, I was just so amazed, it made me say like "waaahh daebak!". Thanks to this app, my Korean got better (said by my friend). THIS APP HONESTLY DESERVES 5 STARS

This is a good app to learn hangul , you can learn how to write them and to pronounce them , i recommend this not only to the overseas fans and also who wants to learn hangul install it right now! :---) great app DANBI!

I like it uses real hand writing because the type written hangeul somehow looks different sometimes. Plus! We get to see our idol's writing.

This is a blessing to KPOP fans! Since some foreign fans don't know but are willing to learn Korean, this app gives them a way to understand their idols even more. It also gives them the knowledge fr easier communication with their idols! I love it!

I enjoyed how the app that included all aspects in learning a language (writing, learning and speaking). I also enjoyed how easy it is to use and how words are organized into categories. My favorite part was being able to trace over words.

I think the app has a unique way to teach us because of the handwriting of the hallyu stars and the look of the app it's pretty but it uses a lot of space in the memory so I hope you can change that :3 keep the hardwork^^
