OHM Jitarsa3 เป็น Multimedia Book application ที่จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเผยแพร่กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวพระราชดำริของโครงการเยาวชนจิตอาสา รุ่นที่ 3 ที่สำนักราชเลขาธิการ จัดขึ้นเป็นรุ่นที่ 3 ในระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 24 มิถุนายน 2558 ณ ภูพาน จังหวัดสกลนคร

โครงการเยาวชนจิตอาสาเพื่อเรียนรู้ตามแนวพระราชดำริเป็นโครงการสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้วิถีการพึ่งพาตนเองตามแนวพระราชดำริให้กับเยาวชน ผ่านการลงมือทำ เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง สร้างพลังจิตอาสาสู่การพัฒนาสังคม สร้างเครือข่ายเยาวชนที่มีความรู้และทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการเผยแพร่ประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนที่ได้รับจากโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำรสู่สาธารณชนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ OHM Jitarsa3 Multimedia Book application is prepared to publish the event to learn the works of young volunteers at the third edition of the Office of His Majesty's Principal Private Secretary. Held its third edition between 1st - June 24th, 2558 at Phu Phan province.

Youth volunteers to learn the works is a project to create a learning experience that works on their way to the youth. Through action Learning from experience Volunteer to create psychic social development.
