Bought the Tracker ll & Tracker Pro. Neither one working properly. Not syncing & not tracking properly. Very disappointed.

The watch and the app is stupid I had trouble getting it to connect and it said I only got a hour of sleep well i didn't even sleep I was walking around and it didn't count my steps

Stopped working with my band an hour after using it.

The watch is so cool it tells you a lot of stuff you did

I can't find out how to set an alarm I tried but it doesn't work so can you help me?

This is awesome I have had the watch for a year and I even dropped it in a lake and it still works perfectly

Didn't track anything at all from day 1! Synced the watch successfully as far as time but that is all. Totally waste of money and the time setting it up!

Won't let me sync at all to my band and my info keeps getting deleted.

It's so dumb like first of all I can't even get it to sync, and like I did everything they asked me do to like restart phone, turn on and off again etc. Still won't work. By the worst app I've come across

It tracked well on my wrist but not at all in my pocket. They say you can take a quick shower but that isn't true. It went out the first time I took a five minute shower.

Don't have any issues with my band or syncing. Absolutely love it. Tracks my sleep, steps, calories, and distance. Got alot more than I expected from a clearance item at walmart. LOVE IT!

I was excited when I bought the band, until I woke up the next morning and it wasn't working

Got 2, 1 for me and other for spoke. He has problems syncing. My first on stopped working, 2nd won't sync. Will be returning tomorrow.

guys you have to use a computer but still much better on the laptop it took no time for me to connect my device and it wasn't supposed to be compatible with this app

Okay, it's an eHome product. eHome is one of the brands that has the cheapest (I mean quality, not price) devices around. They take very little pride in their products and offer little to no support.

The tracker is good, but the app could be done better. Fit bit has a much better app that is much more useful.

I can't get the sleep tracker to work. This thing is going back. Plus the steps aren't correct either.

I can't find out how to set an alarm I tried but it doesn't work so can you help me?

I bought one of these to track my steps and it is totally inaccurate. I have a separate fitness app on my phone. I noticed that on the wristband my steps seemed pretty low for my level of activity. I compared it to the app on my phone and the wristband was showing 3,000 less steps. This is a big deal as I don't carry my phone everywhere. The wristband should be showing more steps than my phone. As soon as I can I am going to buy a different brand. This was a waste of money.

Syncs to app with no issue. But won't save data. When I contacted the company, they told me to hit the sync button. Really?! I hadn't thought of that! Please fix!!

You have to push the button on the band and then let the screen turn off. As soon as it does you push sync on your phone. Works every time. The only problem I've found with it so far is that the band itself is not accurate.

I've updated my Android on 3 devises but still no syncing. I just write the total steps on a calendar instead. Sad but true

Sync is no problem if YOU FOLLOW DIRECTION. click the button one time and let the display time out (5 seconds maybe) then touch sync on the app. Cake. Keeps pretty accurate track.

Hopefully they fix the sync function soon. Other than that it is a decent little device for the price.

This tracker watch works fine for its low price and so does the app. Remember it's not a fitbit and you didn't spend 150 bucks on the tracker. So over all it works, some people will love it others will want more.
