Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This app is so easy to use. I was zipping through the rental process. It is way faster than in the browser on my desktop computer. It also popped up the weekend rental special for $9.99 and up per day which I made use of. The browser didn't do that. I love it!

The rental agents at my Enterprise were extremely nice and polite. The only problems were when I arrived to pick up my car I was told they wouldn't accept a debit card, which can be run as a credit card, nor would they take cash. So, I had to have someone come pick me up and take me to my house to get 2 utility bills, so I could write a check. This all took about an hour. Once we got that settled, I had to wait 45 mins-hour for a car from another location. Now I'm REALLY late to get to a meeting in St Louis. When the PREMIUM car arrived, I was so late I hopped in without really looking at the interior. It was so nasty and filthy, I had to take it to be cleaned. Another hour. I'm hoping this was just a weird singular occurrence, because if it happens tomorrow when I pick up my rental, I'm done with Enterprise

Okay. This change has to be made to the app asap. I'm at LaGuardia Airport and have just been told that "unlike the stand alone Enterprise locations, we do not accept debit cards.". This was a huge issue because I made a special trip (train to a cab) to get to the only Enterprise open on a holiday. I don't use a credit card. So I was turned away and sent to Budget or Hertz. The app absolutely needs to have built in notifications for locations that only accept credit cards. This was more than a total inconvenience. I need to travel out of state to see an older adult in need. And this has totally set everything back. I'm a regular Enterprise customer. Fix this please!

Logged in and booked a car within a minute. Very simple app but with everything needed. Now that I've already used it and am permanently logged in it takes about 15 seconds to book a car. These guys are fast becoming my favourite car hire company.

its not good at modifying reservations or even making reservations. Took me 8 times to make my initial reservation. Now my date has changed and it will not allow me to change it. Really frustrating!

I've always used Enterprise for my rental needs. The service I've received has always been good. I was thrilled to see they had an app and downloaded it immediately before my next rental.

Smooth usage so far...no complaints. Just wish I could edit a reservation I had under a different e-mail address than the one I found out my Enterprise PLUS number was attached to.

Unacceptable when creating account you cant just type in dates (birth, exp driver's license). App is created that you have to scroll backwards monthly from current date. No just pressing on date to type in. Maddening. Glitch must be corrected. I gave up !

Only one thing would make this perfect. The ability to save my reservation to the app instead of inputting the confirmation code each time.

Very convenient, the app as well as the location, love that I can pick up a rental and not get haggled. Upfront pricing no gimmicks

This app is so quick and useful for managing bookings and making new ones. I now use this instead of the website on PC as it's so good.

I have been renting all my vehicles from this company. I will NEVER RENT FROM ANYONE ELSE I REFER EVERYONE TO THEM AS WELL FAMILY. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME COME WHAT MAY. THEY ARE NOT PERFERCT,AND IF FOR ANY REASON THEY CAN'T COME THRU, WITH THERE PROMISE , BECAUSE OF UNFORSEEN OCCUR ANCESTORS AND HUMAN IMPERFECTIONS NOT TO MENTION THERE SO GOOD EVERY CAR IS ALWAYS RENTED OUT, THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO ACCOMMODATE YOU PERSONALLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY BECAUSE OF THERE CURTIOUS,KIND ,LOVING ATTITUDES. THEY GET OVERWHELMED WHEN THEY CAN'T KEEP THERE PROMISE,BECAUSE ,SOME PEOPLE DON'T RETURN THERE VEHICLES ON TIME,WHICH PUTS THEM IN A DELICATE. I HAVE SEEN SO MANY THINGS JUST SITTING AND WAITING,MOST OF THE TIME IT'S THE CUSTOMERS IMPATIENT ATTITUDES THAT CAUSES THE PROBLEM. JUST THINK? THEY ARE STANDING ON THERE FEET ALL DAY RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO PLEASE PEOPLE THAT EVE GOD CAN'T PLEASE!!!!! SOME PEOPLE ARE RESTUPALAS....YES XACTLY REALLY STUPIDEST NO,PATIENCE THEY HAVE PEOPLE IN THERE FACE YELLING AND SCREAMING ALL DAY, NOT CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DOING ALL THE CAN TO ASSIST YOU. THEY HARDLY GET A CHANCE TO EAT LUNCH,BUT YOU HAD YOUR LUCH,DINNER ECTON. NEXT TIME YOU GO IN BE CURTIOUS,PATIENT,KIND,THEY NEED TO SEE A SMILE WHEN YOU Wlk in as well......I can go on and on because I can't ever say anything negative because I use to work with Irrate people all day solving there problems, helping them to get there life back on track,court dates etc. So people can be so selfish,it's all about me. Well if you allow them to do there Job while you patiently wait what a few minutes at the most. They are always gonna give you there all. I don't know about yall,but I'm not gonna mess up my good than that I have with them. Next time you visit,try entering with a smile and a how ya doing today attitude. Be positive,they need that to. You want good service yes, well it takes 2 to tango....Next time take a box of Donuts, some coffee for the office,or a Jar of candy,for the office to give them some energy,to continue sine they always gotta be rushing to help the next person who just might be you.... Beta...does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S6. Wont let me enter return date. Resets rent date. Not User Friendly.

Great application, easy to navigate and I love Enterprise employees. They are always very nice!

Lacks the ability to leave a message when making a reservation. I prefer American made cars and it doesn't let me specify that.

This app blows, it tells me something is wrong with my email and or password after I join for the first gives me a number to call with No one to help.

App is fine, Enterprise is my fave rental car company. One-way rentals are EXPENSIVE as hell!

The app is fine for booking rentals but modifying in app or online does not work. The UI is confusing and broken.
