This app is developed by eHealthAfrica, to be used in the STRIVE ebola vaccination experiment in Sierra Leone, spring 2015. The app is used for participant enrollment, printing an official CDC id, and follow-up of vaccinated participants.

* Removed client side conflict resolution, to avoid deleting documents. Conflict resolution is now done by the central server.
* Upgraded cordova and plugins to newer versions, since some of them had been removed and the build wasn't working any more
