FUNKTIONEN DER ANDROID APP
Kein mühsames sammeln von Belegen, übertragen in Excel Tabellen, zusammen heften und per Post an die Buchhaltung senden. Alles was sie benötigen, können Sie mit der modernen Android Applikation erledigen.

Fotografieren der Belege, wenn gewünscht, Informationen wie Betrag, Konto, Datum und Text eingeben und direkt an den Buchalter zur weiteren Verarbeitung übermitteln. Die Software ist sogar fähig, automatisch Text zu erkenne, was Ihnen das übertragen der Information vereinfacht.

FUNKTIONEN DER WEB APP
Die übermittelten und vorbereiteten Belege können nun durch den Buchhalter/Administrator in der Web Konsole bequem überprüft und falls nötig ergänzt werden, bevor sie in ein Buchhaltungssystem wie beispielsweise SAGE, SAP oder ABACUS übermittelt werden.

Suchen und Drucken als pdf oder auch Excel Export sind Funktionen die ebenfalls zur Verfügung stehen.

Der Admin kann weitere Benutzer einladen und mit verschiedenen Berechtigungen ausstatten.

FUNCTIONS OF ANDROID APP
No tedious collecting of supporting documents transmitted in Excel spreadsheets, stapled together and mail it to the accounting department. All they need to do that with the modern Android application.

Photographing the documents, if required, enter information such as amount, account, date, text and directly to Buchalter to transmit further processing. The software is even able to automatically recognize text, which transmit the information to you easier.

FUNCTIONS OF THE WEB APP
The transmitted and prepared documents can now be easily checked by the accountant / administrator in the Web console and, if necessary supplemented before they are received in an accounting system such as SAGE, SAP and ABACUS.

Search and print as pdf or Excel export functions are likewise available.

The admin can invite other users and equip them with different permissions.
