EG SIM CARD (EGSIMCARD, 이지심카드)

Used to work, broken now. Cannot check balance anymore and app quits at payment stage.

Since August 14, 2015 I haven't been able to call, text, or add data to my phone. Customer service hasn't responded on Facebook or email and I have sent messages to both places. The app itself needs improvement. It always says update needed and there isn't one in the app store. Then it responds with pop-ups in Korean even when you selected English.

installed before insertin g sim. didn't work so uninstalled. inserted sim card and installed app. still didn't work

Everything fails. Can't top up my data every time it fails. Also the website you can't even enter your mobile, number in the input field as its unselectable on Android and PC. Might go back to olleh.

Keeps asking for update, but there are no update found in app store ! I need to topup my data service ! Please fix it fast !

Tap any of the options (account, recharge, etc) and you get a 500 error. Pretty much useless

I tried everything, even calling the help line, just to tell me that everything works fine... even though my sim card receives no signal, cannot make a call and no one else can call me! Total waist of money and time.

Nothing else works...everything must b done online with a pc...

Not a fully working app

Once I open the prog its keeps saying that it wants to update. Please fix that I need it

Crashes, freezes all the time. When it doesn't, it's slow and doesn't work half the time.

Can't really do anything with this app...uninstalling. But glad I was able to access data and voice and text in Korea using my Verizon phone!

It has been so long this app totally don't work at all! All buttons cannot work. What's the point of downloading and having this app. Nothing works.

The top up credit card page doesnt load at times....now it wont let me top up via credit card

EG SIM is painful to use. But then all korean cell companies are horrendous. So EG is still the best.

This app is not functional..I should have read the reviews. I am so frustrated with the company. They need to do work to make there business go or it will soon be a failure.

Would give zero stars cause no evergreen number is provided

Its not working. Asks for an update but it shows different options. Some is wrong, the old version was better.
