So far I like that this app seems smoother and faster than the previous one, but I don't like how it has to reload through the login page every time I switch to another app and then back in. It doesn't matter how quickly I switch back; it always reloads. Also this app doesn't seem to be compatible with Dashlane (password manager). Super frustrating.

First release of this new app was horrible. Seems much better now. The long load.times are gone for me. Finally added the directions to mobile deposit to the new site, thank you for that. I've only done it twice. Once on old app once on new. Luckily they accepted my deposit. The instructions were not on the new app, but they are now. I'm happy again.

This app is garbage. I don't like the set up at all our the way it runs. Bring the old one back please. Or at least give people the option to use which one they like better. People shouldn't be forced to use something they don't like because you want them to.

I think I like the new app but it is slow. It checks for updates every time you open it and too many loading screens before you get to the menu.

Hit forget username and one of the steps is putting you're DOB in and a calendar comes up. You can't type in your DOB but only by scroll back in time, one month at a time.

How do you have an app and it doesn't work. Can't do anything!! Sucks

Why won't it put the shortcut on my phone ? Not liking it so far.

I REALLY dislike the new format! I liked the old "spreadsheet" Style with everything in a column

The app is very easy to use and very user-friendly. Nice easy design too.

I just used it for the first time, not many issues. I like the new member transfer option but it feels too much like the mobile site's format, and I never much cared for that. Instead of releasing an unfinished app with literally a two week notice of shutdown on the old one, they should have just had a big format update on the old one... This is super inconvenient for your bank's customers.

This app sucks!! Can't log in because all it does is looking for updates. Really need to be able to see my balance and transfer money. Thank you EFCU for making me install a useless app and the bad part is deleting the old app...THE ONE THAT WORKED!!!

The old app was simple and very effective! This app has way too many bugs. It took forever to log in. I saw my balance and got sent back to login immediately. I exited the app and it kept popping up... Why do away the perfectly simple app!?

Old app was WAY better. This one takes too long to load, and its harder to navigate. The transfer option on this one is too complicated. The old app needs to come back.

Signed on once. Since then it goes from log in screen to checking for updates then back to log in. It won't let me do anything else. Never had problems with the old app.

The app does what it's supposed to... But it's simply less steps to use the web version that literally does 95 percent of the same things, chrome even saves your info so you don't have to repeat it every time. Unless you do p2p money transfer... You just don't need an extra app on your phone... Uninstalled

This new app is horrible! it will not let me sign in where as the old app I had no issues signing in.

Once u get the kinks worked out it will be a great app. Also fix the transaction page the old way was a lot better.

Transaction layout is horrible, giant useless icons everywhere get in the way of important data, feels very much like an Alpha version. Please hire a UX designer and try again.

Thr old app was much better. I wish I had kept the old one & never upgraded.

This app is simple and clean and whenever you go to another it doesn't close the page you're on, it saves where you are. I appreciate the quick balances buttons as I don't have to sign in every single time. I enjoy it. Keep up the good work.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and this app seems to work just fine and is much better than the previous one. The interface is clean and simple.

The new app allows everything the web site does. However, I use my phone in landscape mode, I need the display to rotate

I love the quick balance feature on the login screen. This apps offers so much more functionality than the old app.

The layout to see transaction is too bulky. You can only see two or three transaction at a time. It's hard to follow. The old app was easier to view transaction. This app seem to made by some using a desktop monitor and never looked at it in anything else, like maybe THEIR tablet or phone.

I like that it has more features and information but the layout for viewing account data is very lame compared to the original app. Too clunky per entry for my needs.

Most times, it won't log in. Also, it's hard to follow the transactions. Liked the other version 100% better.

Won't let me use in landscape mode so i can't see everything at once. Also won't work on my phone like the old app did

I like the features added, it would be great if the app worked and didnt take 5 minutes to log in. It wont save my account number and my transactions are so delayed. Went to check my balance, wouldnt tell me so i went to an atm for the balance, not only did the atm nit tell me it charged me $2 for a blank reciept.

My review... It never works and has constant lag when it does let you log in. Not worth it until they are capable of creating a better app
