Ever wanted a lock that wants your Email address and location information from your phone to unlock? Neither did I. I just wanted to pair a padlock with other NFC tags I have, but you need an app that have not worked on the 2 phones I have tried. On one it will not install on the other it will not pair with the lock even though I do just as in the tutorial. It unlocks fine with the tags provided and my phone can read the tags too, but it will not pair with the lock. Approving new tags should not require app

I am having a hard time getting the lock synced up with my phone. The app never lets me get to the manager screens. The lock with open with the tags that it came with but it has never opened with the phone.

Just bought this lock app doesnt work cant pair my phone or my NFC tags, do send it back? Or can you fix it for me?
