Not entirely sure what this is supposed to do since it's only in Russian, but I think it's trying to show you if your guitar notes are OK according to the standard tuning or if a tuning fork sounds right. Unfortunately it doesn't register anything beyond 4 kHz or allow filtering, so it's useless for what I hoped it could do.
