App cannot select date of birth, without which you cannot access the database on personal tests etc. Designed well but broken.

Not able to enter DOB or scroll down to enter zip code or push submit button. The app taken an extremely long time to load the home screen and the options don't seem to be properly calibrated when tapped on the first (or second or third times) to get into subsections of the app. Overall, PDL should ask for their money back because this app is junk.
