I had to factory reset my device. Reinstalled this app and now I can not sign in. Keeps asking me all of the security questions. Even ones I never used. Just keeps going through them even when I answer it. Will not allow me to log in at all...

I am joint account holder with each of my daughters. This app will not give me the option to log on with a different id. Lumping accounts together is not necessarily a good thing and as far as convienient… by lumping accounts together its allowing family access to private accounts that they are not account holders on. For instance… my husband has a private account and we have a joint account with him as the primary… by lumping things together you've now allowed me… his wife, access to his private account.
