App just closes as soon as I try and open it, unusable!!

App keeps crashing

Terrible app, keeps messaging you for each club added. Poor design, not intuitive and very very slow.

Downloaded eeZeetrip to my Android phone. However, when I open the app I can see the details in the background, but I just get a loading message in the foreground and can't do anything further, this is there permanently. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no luck. My wife's phone does the same. I'm sure it's not the phones, as both my wife's and mine are fairly new and don't have any issues running other apps. Disappointing.

Just doesn't work it keeps freezing every time I try to make a payment. Sometimes it freezes on the home page. Fix these issues. Oh and your forgotten password button obviously doesn't work as I never have received an email from you with a like to change my password. Poor, just poor

Fantastic tool to keep intouxh with school

Great app for school communication!

I love this app. Rather than having dozens of letters sent home, which my son invariably loses, I have it all delivered straight to my phone. Being able to give permission, and pay, for trips is very useful. **I would like the messages/events to be in the order of newest first though. Having the oldest first is a nuisance.**

Messages appear in chronological order which means the latest is at the bottom of the list, should be most recent at the top of the list. Needs a facility to delete old messages at the user end or message list just gets cluttered with stuff that is no longer relevant. Could do with a menu item to send feedback to developers as having to do this via Google Play Store isn't convenient.

On the whole, a very useful app. However, most of my messages have disappeared, both on the app and from the website. I only kept the important messages, but they've gone. Also, I have had notifications that I've received new messages, but they're yet to appear.

Works well, quite handy.

Cannot get anything on this for the past 2-3 weeks. Always having to press skip tutorial and then crashes. Total waste of time

On the whole, a very useful app. Attachments can not always be opened from the link in the app, so this can be an issue.

(1) Tried to download (Android) but had a number of loading failures. Eventually got to install but took ages to download - 2 mins? Never had problem loading apps before. (2) Once loaded and running it asks for an e-mail address and password?!? Couldn't log in. School gave us an ID code for our child but that's not it. So I'm very confused. (It would also be helpful if the enter password field had an option to make password visible whilst typing it). Frustrated so far..... Update - launched app again and this time as well as the login option it gave a registration option (not there before). Went through registration process. Checked e-mail to complete registration and by the time I got back to the app it had hung. Wasn't shown as a running app in the app manager so couldn't kill it. Had to restart phone again... Finally got app launched, logged in and entered the ID code the school gave us which correctly linked to our child. Nothing on the events calendar so bit of an anti-climax. Tried exiting app with the back button (normal for Android) and all it did was go back thru process. Ughhh. Needs thorough testing/debug as fresh user. :-(

Can't get any further than the log in screen that says my details are incorrect irrespective of whether they are or not. Using Android.
