No Root Screenshot It

After having and paying for the original screenshot it, i was prompted to buy and download the new "no root" version. Since it's a product are used in the past, I decided to trust it. After downloading, you are prompted to take 400 steps to download a new driver and debug things. If I didn't already pay for it, I would never have tried. 20 min and $5 later, I gave up. No bueno. Don't do it.

This wasn't worth my money. I spent almost two hours trying different methods on downloading what's necessary in order to enable the screenshot. I still haven't been able to figure it out. I have an HTC EVO 4G. Can I receive some help or proper links or my money back???

i am unable to install no root screenshot it after following the instructions repeatedly. i use SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB S 8.4- SM-T705. it is not rooted. it keeps on saying you dont have the correct usb drivers. i hav tried all the websites in the instructions.i love this app and really need it in my new tab. pls pls help me.

Nice app! The only thing I have a problem with is the delay after you take the picture. It takes like 2 minutes for your screen shot to load. Other than that I like it!

I had purchased the app and then it told me I needed a rooted phone that I needed to download the other app as well and to send the receipts to Edward Kim and he would reimburse. Well I paid for this app 2x and he did not reply to my emails when I sent him the proof of purchase. Do not buy! This person doesn't know how to run an honest business!

Not only does it work on EVO 4G, but you can easily create a folder icon using ASTRO app that points directly to your saved screenshots. Long press in empty space on your homescreen, browse to the folder with Screen Shot It images, long press the folder and name if you want, or just leave it the same. done. I use it to save daily coupon code screen from STAPLES app.

Addendum:1/18/2013 STILL LOVING THIS APP NEEDED TO INSTALL ON MY NEW PHONE & DEVELOPER CAME THROUGH AND HELP ME AGAIN :) I love this app!! Took some time to for me to figure it out but THANKS TO THE DEVELOPER I RESOLVE MY ISSUES AND I'M SCREENSHOTING AWAY ;-)

it wont work, and its been a few months since you emailed me about getting my phone and trying to fix it. I emailed you several days ago, it'd be nice to see if you are making progress or not. right now this seems like a complete waste of money.

I followed all the instructions, downloaded the drivers, downloaded the instal file, spent 3 hours trying everything it said to do. Every time it says "no phone found" . No way to make it work on samsung galaxy s2. Found out in forum that I don't even need it to take a screen shot. Hold volume down and power buttons phone already will take screen shot.

It doesn't work. I have a Droid 3 and tried every possible way to make it work and it didn't. And the instructions don't tell you everything you need to know either. I want my money back, or I want this app to be fixed to where a Droid 3 can take flippin' screenshots!!!!

I had this all set up on my LG Motion 4G before, and now I find I have to set it up on the computer every time I want to use it? Forget that noise. Uninstalling. Waste of time and money.

Perfect for everyone who doesn't want to root their phones. The only thing is that it sometimes doesn't take the screenshot right when it makes the shutter sound, but that's not really a big deal unless you're trying to catch a special part of a video.

The directions could have been a little clearer. It took me 2 hours to install. But it worked the first try. Not sure why you have to pay $4.99. So far no problems.

One star for the app that does not hold up to its claims. As soon as you fix the distorted problem I will change my rating. Then hopefully you will find a way for it to survive the TASK KILLER. It's pretty annoying to have to plug it into the computer and restart the app every time I want to take a screen shot. Full fix will net 5 stars.

Setting up was a small task, but once it's done, it's worth it!! Not 5 stars because I hear the click and then it takes about 10 seconds before it finally takes the pic... But its a great app!

I purchased this app a year or so ago, and it was a simple one step installation app, that did exactly what it said it would. When my Gs2 speed working, and my insurance sent a new one, i reinstalled the app again, as i already had purchased it. The app didn't work with the operating system upgrade between the two Gs2s, without some confusing instructions, involving downloading program to my pc.i got it to work, but it stopped after only a week or so. Used to be great. :(

It only gets 4 stars because it was such a hassle to get it working on my ATRIX 2. Had to install software on my computer and everything but it works great! Finally I have a screenshot app that works

This app works perfectly fine. The only thing that irritates me every time is when my phone turns off. Then that means I have to use my computer, once again, just to enable it again. Needs to be fixed, I didn't pay $5 for constant crash.

Why is it that EVERY time I cut my phone off, I have to hook it back up to the computer to "enable" the software? As if the inital install weren't complicated enough?!? Shyt, I already paid for it, so I guess you got me there. Otherwise, the app works fine. I just hate that I have to re-do everything just about daily. Shyt sucks Man...

My hard drive crashed, installed a new one. PC works fine now but I can't seem to reinstall the program so my screen cap doesn't work! It's annoying bc if I turn off/restart my phone the app stops working. I paid for this and if it's not going to work, I want my money back!

Why are you not replying to my email? This is now the 6th time that I had to activate your app from the PC to enable screenshot.!! I think you should refund me as your application is not working and experienced an embarrassing moment where I needed to screenshot my March appointment entries of some of my clients as they requested it for confirming my appointments with them. It's coming up with the same error and telling me to enable screenshot with the download exe from Lindylabs

I always wanted a screenshot for my android but did NOT want to root my phone. I recommend this app to any android user. Worth the money. INSTALLATION NOT DIFFICULT. Works perfectly, couldn't be better.

So at first I was impressed. Until I realized I couple not get the program to work on my phone. I followed the instructions.still didn't work. Developer sent me instructions to take the screenshot from my phone without downloading anything. Weird. So I googled it...AND COME TO FIND OUT ALL NEWER PHONES CAN TAKE SCREENSHOTS WITHOUT BUYING ONE. SIMPLY TYPE YOUR PHONE IN GOOGLE AND IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT CONTROLS TO PUSH to activate screenshot. Still waiting for my refund. Have since uninstalled.

I've tried all of the suggestions to no avail. Worked great when first purchased on my HTC inspire, now I've upgraded to the HTC one, there's nothing I can do to make it work. So glad I wasted money on this garbage.

Installed drivers correctly. The computer identifies the drivers. The computer identifies the phone. The screenshot enabler does not find the phone. USB debugging enabled. Just very finicky because many people think it works perfectly fine however did not work at all at Nexus 6 p

This app is really cool. I wanted to be able to take screenshots for instagram. Getting the app to work was super easy. The only thing that was anniying was having to re-install it every time my phone died. And I used to have a broken phone so it got annoying. But I got a new phone and I absolutely LOVE this app!

I failed to get the drivers to work. Took so long trying that the money-back period expired. It would have been far easier to root the phone! Unless you are a complete geek, I suggest this is a waste of your money. I'll photograph the screen instead.

The app worked fine when i first installed it and i even followed the instructions in making sure it was compatible on my phone, but it seems like it has a mind of it's own...sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. i don't know if I'm doing something wrong. Would appreciate some help on this mater

It is a little tricky to get installed, but once installed it works amazingly well! The only thing I don't like is that you have to reconnect your phone to your PC if you restart or turn your phone off to get the app working again, other than that it works as well as the screenshot on my iPod!

Just what I needed, this app does what it says. I have a Samsung galaxy tablet SCH 1800 (old) no antivirus, not sure about app killer though if I have. It only saves PNG but not a big deal. Please read well I do not confuse you; originally I bought the app for my Samsung WIN duo but not tried it yet 'coz some nonsense to hook up to pc to enable. I know it's mentioned in the instructions, but anyway it would be great to work even after reboot...

The extra set up that purchasers have to do on their computers to get this application to work requires a PHD in computer science! Why the he'll should we do that? We paid you good money for it to download and work right away. You should be ashamed of yourself. Furthermore once the screenshot is taken it can never be found in a file folder on the phone. Why not? Why would I want it connected to my laptop at all? If I wanted it to I would just email myself the picture from my phone. Dumb set up. And by the way: Do you really think more than 5% of all phone owners on the planet know what it means to be "rooted"? I suggest you think about that.
