Con la aplicación S.I.V.E. puedes terminar tu primaria y bachillerato en corto tiempo y sin necesidad de estar conectado en todo momento a Internet, gracias a que descarga los contenidos de las asignaturas que deseas estudiar a tu dispositivo, permitiéndote realizar las actividades y exámenes fuera de línea. ¡No sufras con límites de tiempo! Estudia a tu ritmo enviando tus calificaciones a medida que vas avanzando, ¡y cumple tu meta de ser bachiller!

Para que la aplicación funcione correctamente debes instalar los siguientes programas desde la tienda Google PlayStore:

- VLC o MoboPlayer (Aplicación para reproducir videos)
- WPS Office (Para trabajar en las actividades Word)
- Adobe AIR (Para ver las presentaciones interactivas)

Antes de comenzar a utilizar la aplicación, debes crear una cuenta en nuestra plataforma virtual: http://www.colegiovirtualmoderno.edu.co/ava3/ (debes tener previamente una cuenta de correo en GMail para poder validar tu cuenta en la plataforma virtual del colegio). Una vez tengas tu cuenta activa, puedes ingresar tu Usuario y Contraseña presionando el botón "Config..." en la aplicación y luego presionando el botón "Guardar datos". En esta misma ventana puedes seleccionar el Ciclo que vas a estudiar y también tienes la posibilidad escoger qué clase de contenidos deseas descargar (presentaciones interactivas, talleres, videos, cuestionarios, entre otros.).

Para poder matricular una asignatura primero debes cancelar el valor de 80,000 pesos por cada una de las asignaturas, realizando una consignación de $ en la cuenta No. 35626999981-5 del Banco Davivienda, o en los puntos SuperGiros de todo el país con destinatario la Fundacion Liceo Moderno NIT: 808003195-2. Una vez tengas el recibo de pago envíalo a la dirección de correo: coord.online@colegiovirtualmoderno.edu.co y llámanos al teléfono No. (+57) 310-2908733 para solicitar tu Pin de acceso a la asignatura.

Una vez tengas tu pin de acceso puedes presionar el botón "Sincronizar", espera unos segundos y el programa te preguntará los pines de las asignaturas que hayas pagado. Las asignaturas que matricules son las que van a ser descargadas en la Tablet.

Los talleres y cuestionarios no tienen límite de tiempo para su desarrollo, aunque para el caso de los cuestionarios solamente puedes desarrollarlos una vez. Debes tener en cuenta los límites de tiempo que el docente de la asignatura determine para enviar las calificaciones (que puedes consultarlos en la plataforma del colegio), ya que si no son enviadas antes del plazo establecido el profesor puede colocarte una nota no aprobatoria. Cuando ya poseas, por ejemplo, todas las calificaciones de una asignatura puedes presionar el botón "Enviar notas", lo que hará que la aplicación suba a la plataforma todas las calificaciones que tengas hasta ese momento. Una vez las notas hayan sido guardadas no podrán ser modificadas posteriormente.
