Logging in constantly is a hassle

This app is getting from bad to worst. Attachments occasionally work, photos dont zoom and login details are no longer being remembered by the app

The slowest, most frustrating app on my phone by far...and that's when it's working, which is about half the time. Update with the new version, now I need to log in every. single. time. Oh, and I can't view pdfs which is about 90% of the updates I get. Glad you updated the logo though. Update: latest version fixes nothing.

Please fix your app! PDFs broken, need to log in every time app is opened, trouble commenting to educators. Your app needs more access to settings not just 2 buttons. Everyone's reviews are the same why aren't you reading them and doing something about it?

This use to work, but it's now completely broken. There's also no option to switch childcare centres, meaning it defaults to the old centre I'm no longer with.

Loved the app 3 updates before. The feeds were there as soon as I received the email notification. Now the feeds take a lot of time to appear. I also need to log in every time I open the app whilst the older version remained logged in.

Last version can remember logon details, but now you have to login again and again.

The app is such a great tool used by the daycare centre. With the new update, my wife and I cannot have the same login at the same time. It keeps kicking us out. It wasnt like this before. Everytime I need to go into the app, i need to signin my user name and password. Is this part of your new update or an issue?

Latest version has broken pdf viewing. I am unable to view any pdf files on Android. If I do web login the pdf files are fine. It was working well until an update a week ago

Used to be fantastic, now appears broken. I'm having the same issues as others below, no auto sign in and can't open the pdfs...

Why do we have to login on the app Every time? Frustrating. Can we pls load jpegs too bit just PDF

Since the last version update, I cannot open any PDFs on my android. Very disappointed.

Latest version fixed the image viewer in the android version, works well on 4g now, thanks!

This used to be a very useful app, and made reading updates much clearer on my phone than viewing them through the website. Unfortunately, it seems to have stopped working. I have not been able to get any new stories to load so far this year, and getting into the app itself takes about 3 minutes of loading each time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please fix this, and I'll change my review.

This app is a VERY basic app. It doesnt show any curriculum to add when you get to that page, it is just blank. Also doesnt allow very much creativity for your stories in terms of Font, writing styles or colour. Doesnt allow you to personalise your stories. I tried to upload a video but it only came up with the image and no explanations as to what happened. Please update the app and allow for more creativity and interaction.

It doesn't look like much work has gone into this app. There are lots of features missing, that you would expect to be there. The website hasn't been designed for mobile, so this is unfortunately the only method to upload and view content.

The app won't let me log in using my correct password, when I ask to reset my password, I get error messages from the webpage. Yet if I log in using a browser, the app is already logged in when I open it, but won't load anything.

Doesn't work on samsung...already a year waiting for a solution! very frustrating when we pay so much money to have it

There is no notification when something is uploaded and i cant access the stories on the app anyway. It is overall pretty useless compared to the iphone app version.

The app is far too basic, why does it not have more of the features available that are on the web version? Does iPhone have a better version? Please get this Android version up to speed or in line with the web.

Too basic. Only simple story writing function. Needs to be more of a mobile version of the site to be useful

Really wana use the app but doest have any options for my note4 :( i cant even see profiles just has setting icon and a blank screen. Oh and a add story button..is that normal??.. cant see my childs stories either

Easy to use and read. Unlike others I do get an email when new stories added with link attached. Well done ☺

Having to enter my password every few days is a barrier to using this app. I use complex passwords and cant recite them from memory. Having to log in to my password manager each time is a P.I.T.A.

Hard to use

I'd rate higher if the app had basic features like rotation and zoom but it doesn't

Would really like to receive notifications when new stories are added.

The only thing I think needs improving, is to receive notifications from the app when a new story/comment has been placed :)

Its good would be alot better if you could load more that one photo each time though.
