Neuron Gym: Brain Trainer Beta for Android
The concept is there and its well thought out structure wise. However the graphics need some improvement and a 'All at once" test would suffice. Also there's a few spelling issues (overall not overll)
The app isn't very responsive & often misses taps and inputs which is very frustrating... And I'm not just being vain due to impact on the ability ratings, it's annoying just navigating the main screens. Some time on UI would be great, and performance tweaks overall. I want to love it, but not yet... Great concepts.
Played one game that was poorly explained and my phone went black and I could not get this application to work again. I had to take out the battery to be able to use my phone again.
One of the best ,if not the best brain game in appstore & yes Ive tried Lumosity. One problem though is they need to hire a great UX designer & 3d artist,as the graphics are not that good, maybe use Lumosity's graphics as a basis for inspiration otherwise it has great potential.
Game is pretty good to enhance the memory. I tried it on my nephew who is autistic and has helped him some. It's great for even to challenge your own ANI score.
The graphics appear not to scale well because they look pixelated on my screen. There is no need for the back button to take me back to the beginning (tap here to start) rather than the previous step. If fact what's even the point of that screen. Needs quite a bit of refinement to look as professional as other apps in its category.
It’s a great app. I really recommend anyone to try it out. I had to take out one star because of the adds. It measures in ANI, and has statistics for overall and for each individual section. I did find a bug, the ANI on the brain profile doesn't update until you restart the app (you close/stop it and then open it back up).
Sorry but whoever developed this game is a retard. Learn proper sentence structuring and grammar before you try to make a educational application. Seriously did no one else catch that app description?
This is a great game. It passes the time quickly and efficiently. I can't wait to see the improvement in my memory. The only thing I don't like is the timer, you only get 60 seconds for each test. It can get nerve raking. I guess that's the point.
I really like it. It blacks out sometimes when the ad is supposed to pop up and I have to restart the app completely. (I think it might be because I keep hitting the button right as it pops up, but I'm not sure.) Runs really smoothly, and the little facts are interesting.
I really enjoy this app and it definitely gives all aspects of your brain a workout. The only thing is is that the app isn't keeping track of my statistics in the "Brain Profile". Is there something that i am missing or doing wrong? This problem is the only reason i didn't rate 5 stars.
Very great and addicting game. Shows how much research you guyz do. Even if you were selling it for a $1000 I would be the first to buy it. Awesome and brainstorming in the further round ,surely had my mind exercised. Am using it every morning as a brain exercise routine. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is because I cant compare the ANI marks I get, can you make a table to show how brain strength and ANI scores vary......please do this for me and Ill beg google to let me give you 6 stars.
When I was playing the game I accidentally discoverd that in the 60 seconds games the negative scores are turned positive when the results are calculated so I could get really high scores without bothering to actually play!! I honestly hope you fix that.
In a brain fact relating to women and decision making, I found that there was no "T" at the end of "but". Otherwise I love the app.
This game gives me the brainpower I need when the weekend begins I play the game for an hour and take a break 1 hour in the morning 1 hour before I go to bed thank you for the best app that makes me feel smart
My only annoyance so far is, it still plays sounds even though I muted it in the settings.
This app does the job, but it doesn't hold up in graphics against other brain game apps s.a. Peak, Elevate or NeuroNation. There's no explanation of your brain profile or any comparison, there aren't any pre-tests to assess your initial abilities, you aren't asked which of your abilities you'd like to improve, the games only play horizontally forcing you to play sideways, and there's no training program. My app froze in "Spot It." Games are similar to luminosity and Neuronation, but a lot more basic.
Great app.. Stumbled on it after uninstalling Lumosity after the trial. Fun but challenging games.
Love the game. My only critisism is that the game is quite obviously designed for right handed people. Being a lefty, i find i must contort my hands in weird positions in order to play
I hate these games that claim you gonna exercise your brain with those stupid games. Indeed you will, but it rarely will bring some advantage to the real world. Unless your world is filled with colored boxes, numbers and you have to guess where the spots blinked. Simply ridiculous. Also, they must be sued for false advertising. There's nothing such scientific research behind. Simply stupid, stupid, and stupid! (x1000)
Lovely
I very like brain games in this app but please, new design will make it much better.
Read the info and stop downloading this version. Go and grab the latest version and I tell you its great. Only Totally free real brain training app !!!
This is my favorite of all the brain training apps on the market! Well done, devs! What this app lacks in aesthetics it makes up in practicality. I love ALL the games, but I wish there were more ways to track progress. Also, is there an ad-free version or a way to remove ads in-game?
it's fun to play with, and some original games unlike in other brain-train apps, but it could be designed more beautifully. The layout and graphics are poor especially on a high-resolution device like Nexus 6, images are blurry.
Quick, fun, entertaining. Gives the feeling of working with the brain.
The games are fairly challenging, and there are no in app purchases. However, it is really confusing. The score system doesn't make sense; all my brain profile ever says is one. I am on a tablet, so everything appears blurry. It was a pretty nifty game aside from those issues.
I very like brain games in this app but please, new design will make it much better.
An ok game with a variety number of games but the design is very poor and i would have preferred if it had a set sequence where it automatically take u from one game to another instead of having to go to the main menu and select a game every single time
App is cool but it doesn't update with scores within a sec after completion of game. Keep going guys good job
Does not starts on my tablet but other apps does [edit] tried reinstalling, but again had the same problem. Please fix it, as the reviews say it's nice i want to try it. and I have a student tab c97. Made by edutor, just made for educating and brain training apps[edit] It started working after a few months (I think it's because I have factory rested my tablet) and it's working fabulous. And a pretty request are you still developing it? If yes it's great!!.
I have scored 3100 score in blink game of attention segment using one lifeline.but game stopped afterward.don't know why.developer plz reply me.....
Love the app, but I try to shut off sound, and it still makes noise. What am I doing wrong?
I love the app its very useful.its very educational to me and others. I hope you guys love the app.

"It is thought that a yawn gives oxygen to the brain and cools it down." That's not science, that's something you heard somewhere and didn't bother to check. You didn't even bother to think about it for five seconds - how could yawning possibly cool the brain? Some of these games are quite fun, but I'm very skeptical that there's any scientific basis for any of it. If there was, you'd have linked to the scientific work you'd based it on.
I really like the app. But as a colorblind I have difficulties with the reversal game - the color of the basket it just isn't quite discernible to me. Could you change it to a less confusing one? Thank you.
Your flexibility color match game is unplayable by color blind people. The yellow and green look the same to me, as do blue and purple. Sorry, but I'm unistalling.
Great games. I do believe these are the best games to play to increase your cognitive ability. But the are a few errors within the texts of descriptions or brain facts. Also, i don't feel like the game records and saves your last known highest ability of each game. I'm taking about the similar feature you would see in "Elevate" or "Lumosity". Aside from that it's a great app with a wider variety

You'd easily get five stars for this game except that EVERYBODY ISN'T RIGHT HANDED. GET A CLUE. The least - the very least - that you could do is make the controls right or left handed. I can always tell when the developer is right-handed because they assume that the entire world is as well.
