Worthless, Malfunctioning Piece of Crap-- I have no idea how in the world this app got 5 stars from 10k downloads. Simple everyday words like 進步，反感 return the messages "Not Found". Often, it won't even respond to clicks.

Does not allow opening the dictionary list to browse the words. If search words are not exact, there is no result. Last update seems to have broke it. Look up now returns no result (Asus ZenFone) although it is still working on Tablet (Samsung and Huawei)

Needs a great deal of improvement. Only one character search at a time. To get the pronunciations is very slow, offline data is desired. Can not use it as a conversational translation.

I have been looking for Minnan hua app. This is the only one however, it Could not recognize most words. Should have options in translating the Chinese characters. No English options. How would learners learn? What if they are not Chinese and don't know Chinese characters they cannot use this. Please add more options. Thanks!

It's been hard for me to find a resource to learn minnanhua. I like looking up words and reading / hearing the examples. It's more than a dictionary, it helps learn the pronunciation! It doesn't have a lot of entries yet unfortunately. I searched 小 and it showed 小学生, but if you type 小学生 you cannot find it, must be a bug. I'd like to see consistent pronounciation like the Pleco dictionary. Please keep working on this! It's one of the best on the Google Play store. Just really needs to improve.

This is a very useful app for learning pronunciation and meaning of 台语 or 闽南语。However many people will not be able to find this app if they use Chinese characters to search. I suggest to the developer to include the terms 台语 or 闽南语 in the title to reach out to more people. Thank you for this useful app.

cant have imagined an app like this can exist. Always wanted to learn my mother tongue. Taiwanese is not exactly the same but comes close to it. Voice is very clear. App can be much better. but surely more than i can expect.

I can open this app for once only. Please fix it. I hope you can make it offline. My great grandfather was came from Quanzhou city, so he speak Minnan. But my grandfather don't teach my father and me the Minnan language. I have to learn by myself. Kamsia!

It's online application, that means you have to connect to internet to search and view the result. The dictionary data itself is coming from http://twblg.dict.edu.tw. So this is a chinese-taiwanese hokkien dictionary despite the name is Minnan, and you have to input traditional chinese character to search, simplified character is not supported. The UI is clean and neat, no ads. The room of improvements: * The ordering of search result. When I search a word i.e. 看, the word doesn't appear in top list, I have to scroll down to find the word. * Support another hokkien dialects besides taiwanese like amoy, zhangzhou, quanzhou, penang, etc. * Make it offline dictionary. I will give 5 stars if it can be made offline. * Ability to search using simplified chinese character. English support also would be very good. I understand the apps is still far from perfect but I hope you will keep up the good work.
